Another kickass workout
That is a tough one! But I did appreciate the easier transitions. Thank you for your workouts. I have an issue with my right wrist and pushups on the straps are much less of a strain

Great work out! I did miss the cool down at the end tho.

My favorite routine, I've been using this instruction for 4 weeks now, 20 sessions and my strength not to mention explosivness running stairs, has taken minutes off my time. Hope to keep improving. TRX can be done anywhere.
