    Much better without music. Thank you for asking. I did your TRX full body #1 yesterday and the music was horrible and then 1/2 way through it became super loud and I could barely hear your voice. Much better with no music. You are awesome and exactly what I need as I get back to caring for myself!

    Thanks Marsha. Was a great workout for those of us who sometimes don't have time. You made me sweat. That's a good thing. The abdominal planks killed me after three rounds lol. Background music is fine but be mindful that music has to cater to all different types and can be annoying if you don't like the genre. Thanks also for the cool down. Most don't include those.     Nice job!! I teach TRX a couple times a week and this workout was really nice and comprehensive. I watch your videos with great interest each week; you must have ADD like me--you can't stand to do the same things over again either!! You've really enhanced my classes. Thanks for taking the time to share your expertise with others!

      Ha ha - you're so right - I do have ADD when it comes to my workouts! No matter how good they are I can't stand doing the exact same thing more than once. I'm filming a new TRX Workout tomorrow for Thursday and it's pretty sweet even if I say so myself! I think you'll be able to use it in your classes - which is the ultimate compliment btw. Lol.

    I liked this. Relatively new to TRX so these workout are easy to follow and give just enough without killing me. Music..I use my own.

    Just tried my TRX that I've had hanging on the back of my door for weeks(🙄) and I finally found great instruction from a great instructor! This kicked my butt..thanks, and will do more!!

    Thank you, Marsha, for another great workout! It makes a great difference to this Christchurch, New Zealand, mum's morning :-) Regarding music, by not having it you give people the chance to have their own playing in the background, for instance from another youtube channel. I don't mind either way.

    Amazing workout! In my opinion music would be great in he background. You are definitely encouraging with the counting, but music would be a boost to the encouragement.

    Would like to see proper demos of the joint movements as building blocks for all exercises with limitations of equipment & body positions.

    Good explanations, no need music, your voice is smooth and looks like music, for me the explanations are a bit too long between exercises
