    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, beginner level low impact cardio workout themed as a "Mountain Cardio" routine.
    Mountain cardio encompasses a set of movements that count as "going up" the mountain. At the end of those set of movements, you will repeat them in reverse which counts as going back down the mountain. This workout is also a timed exercise with interval periods of rest and work (40 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
    No equipment is required for this workout and all you need is some space to move with no trip hazards around you. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.

    Enjoyed this workout. Thank you. I’m in my 60’s and strive to keep my workout’s moderate. Nice balance of variety and challenge. Got a sweat on in while maintaining my moderate level. Right up to the edge.

    This was listed as "beginner" but it sure felt like "intermediate". Anyway, I was able to stay with and complete it. 😃

    Thank you so much for your “Mountain Cardio” video! The positive energy that you exude is so life affirming! I am a senior and have only been trying to walk 20 minutes every other day. I think this video is too advanced for me, now. Please proved us some advice on which videos we should start with. Also, this current video, “Mountain Cardio” is this something we should do everyday? Maybe, you can outline, from your videos, a weekly routine, thereby, address a full body workout. And, for us beginners, which videos we can get started with. I am sure, that this information would be useful to many of your viewers. Thanks again for your encouraging attitude, your clear demonstrations, and explanations, making this all possible! Wow!
