I really like your 30 minute arm and core workouts. How about a 30 minute leg workout? That would complete the focus of arm, leg and core. Just an idea...thanks for your work.
Can you get a version of this where you show her whole body? I couldn’t see her feet. I’d also love more clear narration. I’ll definitely use this again but the first round was confusing!

Kelly Morris yeah sorry about the volume. They turned out loud enough for what I needed at the time. I now have a mic for future videos. 👍🏻
