Yesterday I prayed for God to take someone out of my life if they aren’t meant for me and I woke up, had the urge to check and realized they had blocked me that night. It felt more like a relief than a shock because I got my answer right there to move on.

Once I asked God to protect me and within 4 months he removed my best friend, my boyfriend and my roommate. And now I'm so grateful that God has removed those people from my life.
Same , I prayed to God to help me becoming better even at the risk of removing everything holding back and after some days , I had a rough breakup with my first bf ever , my bestfriend knows I was hurt , i honestly told her but I never knew she was flirting him behind my back , i left betrayed , but i healed myself, my mom helped me , and now I'm becoming more better than ever

And my boyfriend was creepy tho he always tells me to wear short and revealing clothes when we met but I don't like wearing revealing clothes so I didn't listen to him.Then he be like: "to punish you i will flirt with other girls on Instagram then screenshot our chats and I will send those screenshots to you" and he did🙂. So one day I asked God to protect me because I was feeling lonely and scared. He removed three people from my life and I will always be grateful for that.

Last night was horrified to me I got out of an abusive relationship and the guy tried to murder me I have bruises all over my face I had glass thrown at me and my car It was so bad and so close to me dying someone near by heard my screams and called the cops and put him in jail for attempted murder and abuse iv been asking God for signs and this is one of them thank you so much for what you do Liz you really help people more then you think I'd give anything to have a friend like you in my life ❤❤❤

I´ve gone through a similar situation unfortunately. It´s very hard when the person you love doesn´t love you back, lied to you/pretended to care for you or want you and then ended up hurting you. It´s hard that they see no value in you but only you in them but you have to have the courage to walk away, let go for yourself and your life cause you deserve to be loved truly, you deserve to be with the people who value you and you deserve to enjoy a purposeful, beautiful life for yourself
She literally explained what's happening with me.. My mom and me have the same issue.. And when that happens i cry like all the time.. And trust me this hurts more that anything because i hear people saying "no one will stay with you with good or bad but your parents" And then i used to think why do they hate me.. I followed Liz a year ago when i prayed to God to help me with my depression. I was a people pleaser back then, i was hurting badly. But then i prayed to God to show me what was wrong in my life? What was it that I was doing wrong? Then God showed me one of Liz early video and Liz was talking about not being a people pleaser. I changed my mindset and beliefs so much and it finally helps me. I'm currently at my lowest point in life. I'm unemployed and my finances are a mess. I find myself crying almost every night. Then, this video popped up on my feed. It couldn't have been more timely. Hearing you talk about letting go of anger felt like a sign of what I should be doing. Thank you for your video. helping me so much
When i opened up to my mom about me getting sexually abused in childhood and that was the reason i was in depression now, She asked me the age of the guy [neighbor guy 19 n me at that time 11]]and she told me that it was because his age that he did that. No reassurance no validation. I was already hurt but this new found pain numbed me. Well i never had a normal relationship with mother from childhood. I never felt safe around her. Now im in my healing phase. People say you will know the pain of being parent when you become parent. I don't think so. If you lack basic understanding to empathize with your child, you are a bad human let alone a parent. At the end letting go of the mother we never had is tougher than letting of mother who was there physically but emotionally unavailable. And we have to make sure the cycle stops with us. It starts by reparenting the inner child with kindness that she always deserved. In my healing, Universe and liz have been aligned to benefit us.
Something similar happened to me . I was like 6 and this girl older touched me up (i am a girl too). I told my mum many years later now that i am a teen and she got angry when i told her i got assaulted because she thought it was a boy that took my virginity away. Virginity is really important for girls in our culture, and you will be shamed if you are not a virgin before marriage. She was trying to figure out who it was and i told her it was a girl, she instantly didn’t care and stopped trying to figure out who it was. Because there is no way a girl could take my virginity. So the only reason she was upset was because my virginity was potentially gone, not that i was actually traumatised.
I literally had a breakdown yesterday sobbing because of how alone I am. I cut off my narcissistic family a few months ago and it’s been so so hard, especially because I have bpd. I know it’s for the best but it’s the comfort I miss and the unknown gives me anxiety. But your words have really helped me to remember that reality is shifting for the better and better people will come into my life, this loneliness is temporary.

If you're avoidant, you most likely have said to family members who had a major role in your childhood: "You only accepted me or liked me when I was happy/obedient/emotionless." This one simple statement fits with ALL the core symptoms of avoidant attachment: 1. Being overly self-reliant (and in doing so, you hide your needs, emotions, problems, and acute illnesses) 2. Pushing down anger until it explodes and manufactures the boundaries you crave but can't always ask for 3. Not wanting to burden others with your problems 4. Wanting to fix your own issues to avoid looking incompetent or even getting bullied and teased 5. Numbing out emotions with self-soothing behaviors that are either totally unhealthy or pseudo-healthy (like getting addicted to working out and healthy eating) Remember ALWAYS this process is all about YOU!!! Not him. He is just a catalyst. Consider, he may be your twin flame. Look into that. After he initiated your trauma, you're now left to heal all that comes up. Major advice!!! Listen closely!!! NEVER ever CHASE HIM. He will run further and you will lose yourself more. You are the feminine. You are the divine goddess. You just, be and approve who comes along. It's a yes: you meet my requirements, or: a no, you do not. Be clear on whom you're accepting as a partner and DO NOT settle for less (or you just delay what's meant for you). Accept your struggle, anxiety, fear, sadness. Whatever comes up. It's all human, and in need of your attention. If you push it away, block it, or run from it... You will just have to deal with it later... 1) Put yourself first and foremost! 2) Fall in love with yourself. Be your own dream girl. Glow up and level up. Be the best version of yourself. 3) Rejection is redirection. Embrace the energies of miraculous possibilities. And, Any time you have a painful thought/memory/flashback/worry/belief: 1. Find the belief... 2. Write 11 DISADVANTAGES to having the belief 3. Write 11 ADVANTAGES to having belief If you can NOT find advantages then that’s EXACTLY why you're stuck!! When you finally see both sides... Your mind will STOP thinking about it 'cause it’ll be rewired. So you gotta keep at it, until you find the positive to the negative... And therefore, ultimately rewire your brain!

Literally, I was so shocked when she said it this is exactly how I feel and it’s not my mom it’s my mom my dad, my brothers my sisters everyone is against me and I really just wanna leave because it’s a toxic environment but at the end of the day I don’t want to be homeless or sleep in a car or a tent so sometimes you just have to manage and put up with certain things until you’re able to let go and walk away and do what’s best for you

I still need to work on my daily routines though but my mindset has changed so much thanks to you now all thats left for me to do is to change my daily habits and take care of myself. I’ve just had the worst fight with my mom last week.. I confronted her about never standing up for me and defending me from my father when he abused me since I was little. It was always me who defended her and took care of everything. This conversation was building up for twenty years. It was such a relief to finally complain, cry and raise my voice at her. Even though I didn’t get the response I expected and she remained ignorant, I was glad because finally I felt free from the parental void and all the expectations

I need to get more confidence to bring a stop to my miserable childish sister. She is 20 and im 18 and she is literally a bum and does have a job and smokes all day and take money from my mom get get 🍃 everyday or beg our dead beat dad for money to get 🍃.Nobody ever says anything to her and i had to leave and live back with my grandma because of her. She would always have the bathroom dirty and never clean. But i have always tried to make sure the bathroom was clean. She always brags about having MULTIPLE men lovers who bring drama into her life or justs cracks her and leave.
And when she talks about these men she looks at me like im supposed to have a jealous reaction. Its just always negative with her and she is very violent. She has to go to court with my mom in April because she black OUR moms eye. Like something is not right with her. Then when shit don't go her way, she calls it "weird' your weird for being 20 and begging your oarents for money and they are dumb for allowing her to have it.

The feeling when your own mother is never on your side or willing to show up for you has to be one of the most painful things anyone can experience. I have a similarly tumultuous relationship with my mother and any time I try to advocate for myself she almost takes it as if I'm attacking her and will lash out with a highly emotional barrage of insults. I can recognize that's her own trauma and untreated mental illness at play, so I've gotten better at letting it slide off, but sometimes I still break down wondering why my mother's love seems to be conditional.
And it's worse when they got your dad trained as their attack dog, she knows how to get him pissed at me and he doesn't even know why he's mad at me, I think she envies me and my father's relationship (we are more like siblings that laugh together and hang out lol)
It’s not our fault, guys. This just means we will pour all that love into ourselves and our future children. This pain will make us stronger and better individuals. We are all loved.

the same thing literally happened to me with my mum this week and it's been really hard to get through it. I prayed to God multiple times because I wanted to have a positive Ramadan this year but my mum started getting mad at me for no reason at all which happens from time to time. I also like you feel like the black sheep, she treats me differently compared to my older brothers and it makes me angry. I hate shouting or arguing with my mum so I'm always patient with her when it comes to these types of things but this time I rebelled just a little bit and I got bashed down for it because my mum never listens to me ever. I cried every night and prayed to God that maybe tomorrow she would be nice to me and everything would stop but it didn't. This video was a wake-up call for me and insha'Allah better things will be coming my way. I'm definitely going to journal about this because I have lots of trauma around me and my mum's relationship and I need to realise my negative emotions around it! thanks for this video you are such a blessing, you have helped me so much with my mindset and life and I appreciate your work. Im sorry for what you’ve been through and also thankful that you and Liz shared their story. it always feels like you’re alone with your struggles and there’s no place to talk about it except for here… I’m from a different ethnic group but my mother is the same… She made me so dependent on her like her problems were also mine and so I started to think that her happiness was my happiness. I broke when I realized I had no sense of self and struggled to become independent from her when it was expected of me. She would dote on my little brother and take his side. She was never the parent I had wished for and the passiveness or lack of guidance from my father and brother made it worse and all that catapulted me into the belief that I was not worthy of love and attention - even though I was craving that so much from my family because they were the world to me. Hope you will be guided to a path of self love and independence ❤️ you’re still super young and already on the right track! you’re doing well and you will keep doing well without the people who hurt you. you will eventually be surrounded by people who will appreciate and value you! And when the pain is gone, you’ll see your family differently :)

So one day I asked God to protect me because I was feeling lonely and scared. He removed three people from my life and I will always be grateful for that.

I'm currently at my lowest point in life. I'm unemployed and my finances are a mess. I find myself crying almost every night. Then, this video popped up on my feed. It couldn't have been more timely. Hearing you talk about letting go of anger felt like a sign of what I should be doing. Thank you for your video. helping me so much
When i opened up to my mom about me getting sexually abused in childhood and that was the reason i was in depression now, She asked me the age of the guy [neighbor guy 19 n me at that time 11]]and she told me that it was because his age that he did that. No reassurance no validation. I was already hurt but this new found pain numbed me. Well i never had a normal relationship with mother from childhood. I never felt safe around her. Now im in my healing phase. People say you will know the pain of being parent when you become parent. I don't think so. If you lack basic understanding to empathize with your child, you are a bad human let alone a parent.
At the end letting go of the mother we never had is tougher than letting of mother who was there physically but emotionally unavailable. And we have to make sure the cycle stops with us. It starts by reparenting the inner child with kindness that she always deserved. In my healing, Universe and liz have been aligned to benefit us.

Something similar happened to me . I was like 6 and this girl older touched me up (i am a girl too). I told my mum many years later now that i am a teen and she got angry when i told her i got assaulted because she thought it was a boy that took my virginity away. Virginity is really important for girls in our culture, and you will be shamed if you are not a virgin before marriage. She was trying to figure out who it was and i told her it was a girl, she instantly didn’t care and stopped trying to figure out who it was. Because there is no way a girl could take my virginity. So the only reason she was upset was because my virginity was potentially gone, not that i was actually traumatised.

I literally had a breakdown yesterday sobbing because of how alone I am. I cut off my narcissistic family a few months ago and it’s been so so hard, especially because I have bpd. I know it’s for the best but it’s the comfort I miss and the unknown gives me anxiety. If you're avoidant, you most likely have said to family members who had a major role in your childhood: "You only accepted me or liked me when I was happy/obedient/emotionless." This one simple statement fits with ALL the core symptoms of avoidant attachment:

Literally, I was so shocked when she said it this is exactly how I feel and it’s not my mom it’s my mom my dad, my brothers my sisters everyone is against me and I really just wanna leave because it’s a toxic environment but at the end of the day I don’t want to be homeless or sleep in a car or a tent so sometimes you just have to manage and put up with certain things until you’re able to let go and walk away and do what’s best for you

Liz, thank you. Ever since I started watching you have had huge mindset shifts in my life, I am no longer seeing toxic friends that made me feel like a third wheel. I learned to love myself, feel empathy for haters, be unbothered by others opinions, see when people are being mean instead of taking it as "oh they're just trying to make a joke and not hurt me". I feel like a whole new person. I still need to work on my daily routines though but my mindset has changed so much thanks to you now all thats left for me to do is to change my daily habits and take care of myself. I’ve just had the worst fight with my mom last week.. I confronted her about never standing up for me and defending me from my father when he abused me since I was little. It was always me who defended her and took care of everything. This conversation was building up for twenty years. It was such a relief to finally complain, cry and raise my voice at her. Even though I didn’t get the response I expected and she remained ignorant, I was glad because finally I felt free from the parental void and all the expectations

I need to get more confidence to bring a stop to my miserable childish sister. She is 20 and im 18 and she is literally a bum and does have a job and smokes all day and take money from my mom get get 🍃 everyday or beg our dead beat dad for money to get 🍃.Nobody ever says anything to her and i had to leave and live back with my grandma because of her. She would always have the bathroom dirty and never clean. But i have always tried to make sure the bathroom was clean. She always brags about having MULTIPLE men lovers who bring drama into her life or justs cracks her and leave.
And when she talks about these men she looks at me like im supposed to have a jealous reaction. Its just always negative with her and she is very violent. She has to go to court with my mom in April because she black OUR moms eye. Like something is not right with her. Then when shit don't go her way, she calls it "weird' your weird for being 20 and begging your oarents for money and they are dumb for allowing her to have it.

The feeling when your own mother is never on your side or willing to show up for you has to be one of the most painful things anyone can experience. I have a similarly tumultuous relationship with my mother and any time I try to advocate for myself she almost takes it as if I'm attacking her and will lash out with a highly emotional barrage of insults. I can recognize that's her own trauma and untreated mental illness at play, so I've gotten better at letting it slide off, but sometimes I still break down wondering why my mother's love seems to be conditional.
And it's worse when they got your dad trained as their attack dog, she knows how to get him pissed at me and he doesn't even know why he's mad at me, I think she envies me and my father's relationship (we are more like siblings that laugh together and hang out lol)

the same thing literally happened to me with my mum this week and it's been really hard to get through it. I prayed to God multiple times because I wanted to have a positive Ramadan this year but my mum started getting mad at me for no reason at all which happens from time to time. I also like you feel like the black sheep, she treats me differently compared to my older brothers and it makes me angry. I hate shouting or arguing with my mum so I'm always patient with her when it comes to these types of things but this time I rebelled just a little bit and I got bashed down for it because my mum never listens to me ever. I cried every night and prayed to God that maybe tomorrow she would be nice to me and everything would stop but it didn't. This video was a wake-up call for me and insha'Allah better things will be coming my way. I'm definitely going to journal about this because I have lots of trauma around me and my mum's relationship and I need to realise my negative emotions around it! thanks for this video you are such a blessing, you have helped me so much with my mindset and life and I appreciate your work. I started watching your channel when I was 15 and now I'm 17 years old, I can't express enough how much you have been a big sister to me. Once again thank you so much :)

I’m from a different ethnic group but my mother is the same… She made me so dependent on her like her problems were also mine and so I started to think that her happiness was my happiness. I broke when I realized I had no sense of self and struggled to become independent from her when it was expected of me. She would dote on my little brother and take his side. She was never the parent I had wished for and the passiveness or lack of guidance from my father and brother made it worse and all that catapulted me into the belief that I was not worthy of love and attention - even though I was craving that so much from my family because they were the world to me. Hope you will be guided to a path of self love and independence ❤️ you’re still super young and already on the right track! you’re doing well and you will keep doing well without the people who hurt you. you will eventually be surrounded by people who will appreciate and value you! And when the pain is gone, you’ll see your family differently :)
