Girl you really need to stop with the better help promotion if you just do your research you will see the issues and lawsuits this company is facing. Not only they faced a lawsuit back in 2018 they are facing a lawsuit again there are tons of stories of people who tried betterhelp and were disrespected by the so called “therapist”. I want to thank you liz, because when I first watched your video I was 15 and deeply in substances addiction, in toxic relationship with older drug addict, who was very abusive. Because of your video I changed my whole life, stopped using, started going to the gym, cut off this guy. Right now I am 17 and I’m in healthy relationship, I go to the gym 4 times a week, I have good grades, I healed from addiction and ptsd and I’m ending my therapy. I’m so grateful for your videos. (Btw sorry about my english but thats not my first language)

It gave me the strength to leave my abusive husband of 15 years, then as punishment he went to court to put me on a psych ward because I must be crazy if I want to leave!!. While I was in there I kept repeating your video on my mind (God is not done with you, you are alive, you have the power!) Fast forward 6 months I have an amazing life!! Better than what I could Imagine. I live in a dream house in a little paradise island called Culebra with my 3 dogs all funded by my milli boyfriend who is a saint and I am at peace for the first time in my life. No crying!! it's SO normal to grieve,. some people can really have a big impact on your own energy/auraa. remember to make space for the memories, but dont let them consume you🤍 i like to meditate and set a boundary, for when the energy of the other person is allowed to enter mine. if you suddenly cry out of nowhere and thoughts and memories are consuming you, then let them enter your body, feel it, take a break and just be. after youre done crying, then let go and try to visualize a "bandage" over the episode. that helped me so much when i lost my dad🤍 im extremely sorry for your loss💕

Day 2: I have problem with eating because I'm too tired to cook and everyday i eat the same food, so today i went to a restaurant for a burger and fries and later bought myself a piece of cake :)) Day 3: As I mentioned earlier I have short attention span, but today I tried to study for my statistics exam (ugh, I hate math) and I've done few exercises and learned some new formulas

Earlier today I had a panic attack after several weeks of trying my best to improve. I felt so helpless and sad, thinking if I can't have the life that I see so vividly in my mind I'd rather die. I hate feeling helpless, hopeless and anxious. Everything felt out of control. It took a lot of courage to tell myself to keep going and not give up. I really needed this video Liz. No, a lot of times society fails people and they turn to drugs to manage it all. Its very privileged of you to assume everyone gets the help they need. You yourself admitted to being helped by your ex and tbh not everyone has a rich ex to pay for them… Of course, i agree, if you want smth you will get it, but at what cost. I think the example with addicts is really out of pocket since it’s a literal addiction we are talking about here and internally that’s not what most addicts really want. Ask any addict… the damage drugs are doing to their souls is not worth it and they know it. What they want is to rid themselves off the pain and are coping with it in compulsive and unhealthy ways. Girl you better do your research before talking insensitive nonsense like this.

Earlier today I had a panic attack after several weeks of trying my best to improve. I felt so helpless and sad, thinking if I can't have the life that I see so vividly in my mind I'd rather die. I hate feeling helpless, hopeless and anxious. Everything felt out of control. It took a lot of courage to tell myself to keep going and not give up. I really needed this video Liz. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the things you do.
Thank you for saying that talking care of yourself is not selfish . But starts a cycle to be more selfless. I am finally in a good place now thanks to you 🙏

No, a lot of times society fails people and they turn to drugs to manage it all. Its very privileged of you to assume everyone gets the help they need. You yourself admitted to being helped by your ex and tbh not everyone has a rich ex to pay for them… Of course, i agree, if you want smth you will get it, but at what cost. I think the example with addicts is really out of pocket since it’s a literal addiction we are talking about here and internally that’s not what most addicts really want. Ask any addict… the damage drugs are doing to their souls is not worth it and they know it. What they want is to rid themselves off the pain and are coping with it in compulsive and unhealthy ways. Girl you better do your research before talking insensitive nonsense like this.
