    Thanks for the video. I've been looking for a video for the 02 and lower Vics to see how hard it was and yours is the only one I've seen so far. Been wanting to lift my 02 and was thinking about ordering the same kit you have. But if I do I now know to cut the rear spacer to get the back to sit down a little more cause I want my 02 to sit level. Love you Aero Vic btw.

      You lift it yet? I used web site universalcarlifts.com got the 200+ dollar kit like this guy did. Then went to autozone and bought 2001 f150 4x4 rear shocks. I had to modify shocks by buying a 3/8”X6” nipple pipe and cut the pipe into 2. Both pieces 2 and 5/8” and press it into bottom of the shocks. Over all was more time consuming than hard.

    Hello,
    Nice job with the big tires under the Crown Vic.
    Can you tell more about the rims/wheels you used?
    Negative offset? How wide are they?
    It looks you do not neef the spacers.
    Thanks in advance.

    • @FcDominick
      @FcDominick  2 года назад

      They are just some generic wheels from a jeep. Just get whatever they over from summit racing. Believe they were 8 wide and the tires were 31x10.5r15

      @@FcDominick I thought about 31-10.5 by 15, but maybe 30-9.5 by 15 will do the job as well.
      I want to achieve max. clearance without cutting. Body lift, if needed.

    I was told we have to weld the rear spacer to the rear end?

    • @FcDominick
      @FcDominick  8 месяцев назад

      Under flex it could slip out. Jeeps have that problem too. Mostly street you have nothing to worry about. If you want to weld it to feel better. Get a $100 Amazon welder and learn a new skill learning to weld. Or I’m sure u can find a guy at a shop that will do it for $50 just to tack it.

      If you think you can clear that tire. Then the rim would be the least of your issues.
      I think a 12.5 is too much. I ran a 33x10.5 and that was a lot. Gonna need more lift or more saw to the body. Like a lot more cutting.
