    Educational but I dropped 10 Kg in 6 months starting zero carb diet and I need desperately to loose others 10Kg to re establish my original 20 years old 72 Kg but after a year he doesn’t want to drop from 82kg that seams my basic weight I fast 1 meal 🥘 a day since 1992 but becoming diabetic there is no way to drop my weight below 80kg and non of your videos has helped me since today 😢 now I want to try full carnivore fgs 😅

      You're looking for diet hacks and those hacks are not sustainable. Eat all food groups just lower the calories. It's calories in calories out. Works for me and almost all body builders and everyone else.
