I need warm water and in some time tea to make me feel better. Then I continue my daily routine but tea is a must or I get headache .

Ya me to rheumatic arthritis patient &can't walk properly &operated also for c3 c4 c5 so limited movement. Stick dependent. Want to no wat food I must take&wat exercise is advisable.
I also wanted to know about spondyloarthropathy and rheumatoid arthritis as I am also presently suffering from it at the age of 35, very limited motion and almost not able to do daily routine, please reply as soon as possible, so that I get rid of my whole body pain and stiffness.

Paramita as long as you are doing them correctly ,you can do anything. Pay attention to alignment of your knees over ankles ,also your knees should always face the same direction as your toes and your other body parts parts should also be properly aligned according to the exercises .I am approaching 60 and regularly workout ...I avoid jumps and running as I have some knee arthritis issues but other than that I do everything ...and better than some of the 30 year olds .So at 40 you are still young if you have no medical issues go ahead ...but get proper instructions and even research the exercises yourself on the net on multiple RUclips channels as in a group class sometimes you may not get proper guidance

Hi Rujuta! What is the remedy for a sudden rise in uric acid level in blood (I being a very unlikely candidate for excesses leading to it) and what is the best way to keep it in control.
