Home made chunky tartar sauce (Tartare sauce)

Tartar sauce is easy to make and has a definite improvement in flavour than store bought jars. It's absolutely perfect with home made fish and chips

Im making fish and chips so needed some tartare sauce. It's only a quickie. I like it really chunky, but you chop it finer if you like :)
