Cauliflower Cheese

Cauliflower cheese is a traditional dish that is both tasty and easy to make.
It only takes about a small amount of preparation and is cooked within twenty minutes, so is perfect for a roast dinner as a side dish or even as a main! :)

Actually, after I finished this, I put it in the oven to keep warm and then flashed it under the grill just before serving. I didn't put that in the video, apologies for that :)
