It's great to have you back and with something special to boot. I love cauliflower and get rather annoyed that they cut off the greens and throw them away. What a waste of a cabbage like veg! As for the stalk, I never cook or use that. Cook's treat to be eaten raw! Iceland does a really tasty, good value gammon with a honey mustard glaze, and I always have some leftovers when cooking for two. Cubed about the same size as you did, it can be used to lift many vegetable dishes to meal status. Cauliflower seems to freeze well and can be bought quite cheaply, although it doesn't have the greens, so I use peas. As for the cheese sauce, I have always used one of the lower salted (sometimes they say slightly salted) with about 1% salt and have never had an issue (I dislike over salty food). I generally use ordinary onions sliced lengthways. I start them off in a frying pan with a little water and sprinkle stock powder over as well as a little oil. The water dissolves the stock and coats the onions as the water evaporates, leaving the oil to fry and give as much or as little colour as you want. I add in the cooked meat, which just needs warming through. I place the contents along with the just cooked peas to the bottom of a heatproof dish, add the cauliflower, cover with the cheese sauce, and plenty of grated cheese. Rather than putting it in the oven, I place it under the grill to brown. But don't ask me which method uses the least electricity. I like the idea of making the sauce in the pan used to cook the meat and shallots, I imagine that it also adds a flavour to the sauce. However, I always weigh equal quantities of flour and butter and melt the butter first. I find that a quarter cup of milk added at a time is a good quantity to avoid lumps. As my mother, who taught me to make a white sauce, said, " Never trust a cook who says the lumps will work out in the end - just keep stirring until smooth BEFORE adding anymore milk". P.S. if cooking for four, I would use the same pan as you (great, aren't they) and pour the cheese sauce over. Looking forward to your next instalment.
Hi Adam.. great to see you and with such a tasty recipe..your advice about leaving it to cool down touched a nerve with me..ha ha..I made a gorgeous hot pot a week ago..and was in such a hurry to taste it..shoved a scalding hot potato into my mouth..which promptly welded itself to the roof of my mouth..😯🤭..I'm paying the price now.. don't do this people..🤒.. great vlog young fella..👍
Oh hell this brings back memories of me having a sausage roll in a cafe many years ago. I was so hungry that I got stuck in - it was roasting. I took a quick gulp of coffee to cool the whole show down just for the boiling hot coffee to kick in. I have NEVER done it again. You only ever do that once!! 😓😤😫🥵😭
I love cauliflower - I cook it the way you did here; also you can just pour some cream over bits of cauliflower (add what you want or just pepper) and cook in the oven. I also use cauliflower to thicken vegetable soup. So many people turn their noses up at this vegetable and its so good for you. Have a great 2024 Adam 😀👍
Great to see you back with another great recipe. This was always a main meal when i was younger, i didnt even know that it was considered a roast dinner side dish until i started working in care at the age of 23/24.
Hi Adam great seeing you back and I just wanted to say thank you sooooo much for putting the ingredients in the description because alot of RUclipsrs put it up on the screen but because you leave it in the description it meant when I was out shopping which was when you uploaded the video I could screen shot it get all the ingredients and come back home and do my cooking therapy 😊😊😊
Good to see you again! And promoting the maligned, neglected cauliflower to boot. I think it’s one of the nicest things amongst all the winter veg one can roast in the oven, just on a tray with oil and seasoning. I don’t mind it raw with dip on a snack tray, but roasting transforms it to a real beauty.
Great recipe Adam, thanks!!! We love cauliflower cheese as a side dish to a roast but this looks fabulous as a main - maybe with some crusty bread? Not quite so sure about the crisp topping but otherwise, it looks like a winner!!!
Excellent! Never thought of using chorizo in it - I do sometimes mix in sprouts and any other greens hanging around, but somehow never the leaves. And I always use a lot more mustard than that.
I've never made Cauliflower Cheese with Chorizo. I like to keep mine simple and just use a bit of nutmeg. Might give Corizo a go though. Thanks for the video Adam. It's always good to learn something new.
My Gran taught me how to make this - but as she was born in 1911 (AD I think) she'd never heard of Chorz-chorrit- Fuckit., spicy italian sausage. Living with a vegetarian for years, never thought of using it before (made it dozens of times). Thought you were using her food timer method at one point - it's ready when the smoke detector goes off! (Always added nutmeg to mine - freshly grated, S'nice).
Amazing dish. Cauliflower with cheese is the only way to go. I never liked cauliflower until my mom made it with cheese. Can’t find the hard chorizo where I live in TX, just the squeeze tube crap. I’m going to use smoked sausage. Thanks for your great content.
What a fabulous recipe, Adam!! All I need to buy is the chorizo and I'm good to go. I do occasionally have CC for a main course - it's worth much more than just a side dish!! Hope you're keeping well and feeling OK. It's so sad to know that Moggs is no longer with you. We all miss Moggs. Look after yourself!! Best as always. Pete A :) :) :)
definitely going to try this one, thank you! never used to see cauliflower cheese as a side before moving to England, was always a main event as far as I'm concerned, and used to crush up crisps and grate extra cheese over frozen pizzas as a teen and it really did make it a different beast. This looks like the perfect culmination that I would've never thought to do, love it!
I love cauliflower cheese as a main 👍 Something I've been doing for years. I've used Chorizo, but it's also good with bacon lardons. I usually add a garlic clove or two as well. Brilliant video, sir.
Tried this tonight, even adding the crisps. Swapped the English for Dijon mustard as a preference, and its an absolute belter! Thanks for recording this.
I absolutely bloody love cauli cheese, I've done it with Chorizo (and I do say it correctly lol) and it's yummy. I was drooling till you put the S&V crisps on it, no no no, crisps ok maybe cheese and onion or plain but not feckin S&V they make my face go funny and it's funny enough as it is!! Having said that it looked gorge! I thank you! :)
Looks amazing Adam, I make it as a main meal with a baked potato and put bacon on the top of mine. Unfortunately I don't like roux so I use cream, very unhealthy but yummy 😋 xx
Though I haven’t seen cauliflower cheese with potato here in America, broccoli cheese is very popular topping for a baked potato (jacket potato).Wendy’s fast food has sold them for years, also chili cheese topped ones,I don’t know if the UK Wendy’s offer them.😊
I always do cauliflower cheese as a main served with garlic bread, and contains an obscene amount of extra mature cheddar. The Chorizo addition is an interesting twist. Couldn't do the salt and vinegar crisps though, absolutely hate vinegar. Cheese and onion maybe? Cheers Adam, excellent video.
Hi Adam thanks for this , I love my cauliflower i shall be giving this a go ., well I've had to laugh thought it was only me who had a gripe about people pronunciation on chorizo lol especially when adding the letter ( T ) in it .
Everything is better with cheese. Cauliflower no exception. I'm quite content eating steamed cauliflower with bearnaise sauce, if there is any... I'm a simple, simple man. Need to try this dish though. Looks delicious!
Im 63yrs old!,and my family has never had anything like cauliflower cheese on a Sunday roast, wed've rebelled 😂😂?did look nice though?from BIGMICK IN HULL 👍
Thank you for the sausage skinning tips and the method of using the cauliflower leaves. Not many leaves on the grocery store product sold here in British Columbia, Canada. However more leaves come with farmer's market veggies. I'll use some of my precious supply of white pepper. Remember white pepper is usually much stronger tasting than black pepper so use a tame quantity. Nice topping with the potato chips "crisps".
Thinking of you, Adam. Hope you’re doing well. Thank you for the recipes and cost-saving tips you share, as well as your sense of humor. Are you already planning your garden for springtime? You are a gift! Be well. ❤
Thank you! I'll be back shortly, I've been out of internet for a few weeks thanks to vandals but i am back up and running now. And yep, i've already got some things planted. Hopefully they grow this time lol
I love this one Adam, cauliflower cheese is one of my favourite dishes. I will be giving this one a go. 😊 PS what is your favourite go to ( knackered just home from work ) meals. Nosey barsteward aren’t I 🤣
Oh I have many. Cheesy chips and gravy, spaghetti with lemon butter, spaghetti with chilli and garlic. In the summer I'll have something like a caprese salad. Bacon buttys, a plate of cheese and crackers, pasta bakes. So many. Pretty much anything that's quick and easy 🤣
Extra mature cheese saves money, it has so much more flavour you only need use half the amount used of medium cheddar, less fat too. I always add mustard to any cheese sauce as it intensifies the flavour of the cheese, more money and fat saving. My wife has suddenly decided she no longer likes Chorizo, so I'll give it a go with smoked bacon instead. It won't have that lovely golden fat but it will give a meaty chew and saltiness.
Mate, you've delivered another absolute BANGER! Anyone umming and ahhhing over making this should just crack on and go for it. One minor hiccup at my end was Satansbury's delivering a cauli the size of an orange and spring onions instead of shallots. However, I swapped in a head of broccoli and it all worked out fine. The salt-n-vinegar crisps were a revelation!
I love cauli cheese, its such a great dish. I find it works really well as the main veg to go with roast gammon. I've not tried adding Chorizo which I normally add to mac n cheese. It's such a great veg.
I love that will try it, got one for you to try peel cube and boil 4 large spuds cook 4 rashers of smoked bacon till well done and crumble it, fry 1 onion and 1 diced garlic clove with a tea spoon of chilli powder let all go cold then mix together in a dish, cover with a very cheesy sauce and bake till done , its fantastic . please give it a go.
Omg Adam you have made my Sunday ...brilliant content and the commentary is absolutely so ME ......I have subscribed and will be smashing your back catalogue of video's ....cant wait ..tks
I love cauliflower cheese as a main dish too. Rich tangy cheese sauce, and thick buttered brown bread - has to be brown IMO ! I also love the cauliflower hearts (along with cabbage hearts and brocolli stems), eaten raw, delicious - throwing them away is a crime!!!
Ah! Cauliflower & cheese. Haven't eaten it in absolutely ages so will definitely make it soon. At first, I'd no idea what you were talking about when you first mentioned the sausage but when I saw it, I said it's chorizo "SHO REE ZO" that's how we pronounce it here in France. A nice, spicy sausage to add a little punch to the quite bland cauliflower, great idea. Never thought of sprinkling over the top of the cooked dish crushed crisps, so thanks for the tip. Have subscribed to your channel, not forgetting to wish you a happy New Year, it's still time, I hope. Here in France, we can say it to folks up until the end of January but by that time, you feel like a broken record.
Alright mate, I was just saying to our goer Keef that his cheese flan was a great way to get rid of all the xmas leftover cheese! and I thought this would be a great addition to my meat free Mondays until I saw Choritzo! Is this ingreadient optional or is there anthother thing to add that would make it just as insane? (veggie)
Adam - when i lived in London - meat was so dear that cauliflower cheese was often our main course! (Served with Woolies/Safeway home brand instant mash!!). I had meat only twice the whole time. This looks do good. Great to see you again mste...i hope you are coping okay.
This looks delicious, Adam! Thank you for the video and recipe! How did you come up with this recipe? You are so creative and skilled in the kitchen! I have to give this a try sometime. Thank you again! Stay safe, take care and keep warm! 😊💖🙏🏻
Oh my goodness Adam, I always put crisps on top of my colly and cheese, I do the same when I have made chicken pasta and cheese sauce. Ooooohhhh yummy yum yum
Chorizo would take it to the next level! I usually bacon so Im gonna hafta experiment. I definitely agree cauliflower cheese is an great main. Cheers Adam x
Happy New Year, our Adam! My husband’s aunt and uncle are coming to us (Mississippi) next week. WHAT do I cook for these English people? Wishing you well! And, this recipe looks smashing!
You can never go wrong with the classics. Cottage pie, bangers and mash, toad in the hole, a good Sunday roast. Brits eat best in the winter I think. Good hearty warming food
Cauliflower cheese is a much more popular dish in the UK than in the US.Cauliflower is having a moment here as a low calorie meal, things like cauliflower rice, and cauliflower steaks, even cauliflower tots. Also chorizo isn’t as popular either,we have both Spanish, and Mexican, which is often found like minced meat,it has a sour note from lime juice, and I love it.The Spanish kind has lumps of fat in it,so as I can’t stand that sort of thing I don’t eat it,in fact I don’t eat most sausages because of that, nor fat on meats, chicken sausage are the exception as they are a finely ground sausage.Thank you for the recipe, and all your recipes.I am making Aloo, gobi tonight,a bit of a coincidence.
Don't give the core to the rabbit, I love them. My mum used to trim them and give them to me raw. Yummy! That looks absolutely delicious. I'd skip the chorizo as I am not keen. Might substitute pancetta. ❤❤
Gotta try this one! oh, and it just depends on which pronunciation of chorizo you prefer - you are using a Portuguese pronunciation. I live in New Mexico, in Spanish, it's cho-Ree-so. (rrroll that "R") Tasty, any way you say it😉
Delicious for sure Adam as always but have you started working for a TV channel making a very well known East End programme as your delicious videos are very hard hitting styleeeee
Hey there adam, how are you doing? Are you doing any more videos? I miss your fantastic sense of humour. Had that with roast pork and as you said it was bob on.... Made my sunday dinner brill.
That looks great I will give that a go except for the crisps would that freeze as I'm the only one in this house who likes cauliflower it would be great if I could freeze small portions for future meals, atb john.
Hi Adam. I never ever ever make cauli cheese bake because I'm not overly fond of cauliflower at all. But I'll give your recipe a 👍👍 up. However I would like to use the recipe for brussel sprouts or asparagus, both of which work well with a cheesy sauce and I'm sure the chorizo too. Thanks mate 👍🤤😀
And all these years I just thought Jamie Oliver had a charming sporadic lisp. I would consider this a healthy dish. The only thing I wish I could replace would be the flour. You don't say how many this would serve, but I think that is at least 4 very generous main servings for dinner or up to 8 servings for a light lunch.
Looks delicious as always, Adam. I don't make califlower dishes often but maybe I'll have to try this.
It's great to have you back and with something special to boot.

Christ it's the worst isn't it! Then you have a red raw mouth with peeling skin for the next week 🤣
We've all been here, dude. I love food way too much than need my self preservation mechanisms. For when im cooking, at least.
I love cauliflower cheese 😊😋Xxx
That looks amazing Adam, I've never really bothered making cauliflower cheese , but I think I might have to give it a go
Try it, it's ace
I love cauliflower - I cook it the way you did here; also you can just pour some cream over bits of cauliflower (add what you want or just pepper) and cook in the oven. It's a super veg! I can only really enjoy it in dishes like this though. On its own it's a bit sus 🤣
Great to see you back with another great recipe. This was always a main meal when i was younger, i didnt even know that it was considered a roast dinner side dish until i started working in care at the age of 23/24.
Some crazy folks like to add it to the roast on the side. No idea why 🤣
@Adam_Garratt yeah, i never understood that, despite the fact i like cheese, chips and gravy.
One of my favourite dishes in the world. Yours looks lovely Adam. X
Thanks Fay x
Hi Adam great seeing you back and I just wanted to say thank you sooooo much for putting the ingredients in the description because alot of RUclipsrs put it up on the screen but because you leave it in the description it meant when I was out shopping which was when you uploaded the video I could screen shot it get all the ingredients and come back home and do my cooking therapy 😊😊😊
Thanks mate, it's the little details that matter. My very early videos I didn't bother, before I realised it's actually quite helpful for people
@@Adam_Garratt yeah but I'd imagine in got early videos you never thought you'd get to where you are today
Adam, WOW! Going on the food planner for this week without a doubt! Great to see you back mate and hope life’s treating you well..
Good to see you again! And promoting the maligned, neglected cauliflower to boot. I don’t mind it raw with dip on a snack tray, but roasting transforms it to a real beauty.
Thank you for this.
I needed a good and flavorful Cauliflower recipe.
It's now saved in my Recipe file for future uses.
God Bless
Omg that looks so nice😜thanks Adam I shall do this method in the week😋👍xx
That looks delicious. Never thought of putting crisps on top usually bread crumbs
So nice to see you again, Adam! Great recipe, I love cauliflower. I even like it raw with cocktail sauce 🤤
Love that you use the cauliflower leaves and nice touch with the chorizo! Not sure about the salt and vinegar crisps 🤣 but great video as always.
Don't knock it till you try it 🤣
Great recipe Adam, thanks!!! We love cauliflower cheese as a side dish to a roast but this looks fabulous as a main - maybe with some crusty bread? Not quite so sure about the crisp topping but otherwise, it looks like a winner!!!
I must admit I've never tried it but your version looks lovely especially the brown bits on top👌nice one Adam mate
Cheers matey
Great recipe Adam 😍 love the addition of the chorizo too! Looks delicious 🤗
Thanks so much!
Excellent! Never thought of using chorizo in it - I do sometimes mix in sprouts and any other greens hanging around, but somehow never the leaves. And I always use a lot more mustard than that.
I hate sprouts, but they would work great in this with a little bitterness
I've never made Cauliflower Cheese with Chorizo. I like to keep mine simple and just use a bit of nutmeg. Might give Corizo a go though. Thanks for the video Adam. It's always good to learn something new.
Nutmeg is a wonderful spice. Also pretty much indestructible. I've got nutmegs in my cupboard that are literally years old and still fine 🤣
I like steamed cauli with parsley sauce. But I just might give your recipe a go! Such a lot of naughty words Adam! 😲
Haha that reminds me when I was baking a honey glazed ham on boxing Day and the whole flat filled with smoke. Guess it's done then 🤣
Amazing dish. Cauliflower with cheese is the only way to go. I never liked cauliflower until my mom made it with cheese. Can’t find the hard chorizo where I live in TX, just the squeeze tube crap. I’m going to use smoked sausage. Thanks for your great content.
Smoked sausage would be great, or some spicy Italian ones
Thanks Adam, that looks delicious. I’ll have a go at that this week. Take care buddy
And you mate
What a fabulous recipe, Adam!! All I need to buy is the chorizo and I'm good to go. I do occasionally have CC for a main course - it's worth much more than just a side dish!! Hope you're keeping well and feeling OK. It's so sad to know that Moggs is no longer with you. We all miss Moggs. Look after yourself!! Best as always. Pete A :) :) :)
Cauliflower cheeser is never boring, I can have it as a main meal with some crusty bread.
When it's made right for sure
Not a huge fan of cauliflower but that dish looks incredible
Thank you 😊
definitely going to try this one, thank you! never used to see cauliflower cheese as a side before moving to England, was always a main event as far as I'm concerned, and used to crush up crisps and grate extra cheese over frozen pizzas as a teen and it really did make it a different beast. Tried this tonight, even adding the crisps. Swapped the English for Dijon mustard as a preference, and its an absolute belter! Thanks for recording this.
Very nice recipe mate, and you always make me laugh, thanks Adam 👍
Glad you enjoyed it Les
I absolutely bloody love cauli cheese, I've done it with Chorizo (and I do say it correctly lol) and it's yummy. I was drooling till you put the S&V crisps on it, no no no, crisps ok maybe cheese and onion or plain but not feckin S&V they make my face go funny and it's funny enough as it is!! Having said that it looked gorge! I thank you! :)

Loving this one Adam, was thinking I bet some sort of crumbs on the top would go well and then you produced the crisps - masterstroke.
It's a bit scuffed I know, but it just works 🤣
I've definitely done something similar with crisps and tuna pasta when I was at Uni, it does work great.
Really good to see you my friend.
You too
I always do cauliflower cheese as a main served with garlic bread, and contains an obscene amount of extra mature cheddar.
The Chorizo addition is an interesting twist.
Couldn't do the salt and vinegar crisps though, absolutely hate vinegar. Cheese and onion maybe?
Cheers Adam, excellent video.
Very tasty. Will cook soon.
Thanks Mate❤
Hope you enjoy
Hi Adam thanks for this , I love my cauliflower i shall be giving this a go ., well I've had to laugh thought it was only me who had a gripe about people pronunciation on chorizo lol especially when adding the letter ( T ) in it .
I gave up trying to explain how it's pronounced because I just sound like a nob 🤣
Hi Adam, Just want to compliment you on your great recipies and super presentation, much appreciated here in Dublin, best wishes, Tony
I’ll have to have a go at making that. You are so inventive mate. Crisps on top? 😮 I’ll trust your judgment. 👍
Gotta be salt and vinegar tho. Trust the process 🤣
Everything is better with cheese. Cauliflower no exception. I'm quite content eating steamed cauliflower with bearnaise sauce, if there is any... I'm a simple, simple man. Need to try this dish though. Looks delicious!
Thank you my friend
Im 63yrs old!,and my family has never had anything like cauliflower cheese on a Sunday roast, wed've rebelled 😂😂?did look nice though?from BIGMICK IN HULL 👍
Haha it's insane to me to put a cheesy saucy dish on a roast next to gravy! I've had it with roasts before, just in a separate dish on the side.
Love your presentation and will give this a go cheers!
Indeed - its not just what but why, and what the pitfalls are. Very well planned and executed, as ever.
Cheers mate
Bloody marvellous Adam.. well done..!
Thanks for posting ,KCB.👍🇬🇧🙂

Another win Mate. Spot on. And I pronounce it chori-za-neen-yo.
Cheers pal
In the US it’s Chori-so
I love this one Adam, cauliflower cheese is one of my favourite dishes. I will be giving this one a go. 😊

Amazing video Thankyou ! Can’t wait to try this out with my cauliflower 😂 😋
Once again you have smashed it 😂🎉 cauliflower and chorizo cheese. You have put a smile on an old lady's face.😅😅😊. Thanks mate 👍
Will do this to the recipe looks fantastic but leave the crisps thanks 😊 👍
Mate, you've delivered another absolute BANGER! Anyone umming and ahhhing over making this should just crack on and go for it. Absolutely fantastic, love, love your channel ❤
We`ll be making this for sure. Greetings from Norway
Omg Adam you have made my Sunday ...brilliant content and the commentary is absolutely so ME ......I have subscribed and will be smashing your back catalogue of video's ....cant wait ..tks
Thank you so much!
That looks great. I had no idea it was a staple thing in England. Here in Scotland I think I’ve only seen it twice in my life
Hmm looks tasty Adam ,unfortunately Mrs doesn’t like cauliflower 😔
A fab pleasure to look at your channel Adam, have tried a few, need to repeat, please keep up the good work man, T
I'll be trying this out very soon. Definitely NOT with a Roast Dinner, but what would you suggest? Pork Chops perhaps?
I'd serve simply with some steamed veg and nice crusty bread. It's already got a meat element within it 😊
Delicious I like the ingredients a great video Adam
I love cauliflower cheese as a main dish too. Rich tangy cheese sauce, and thick buttered brown bread - has to be brown IMO !
I also love the cauliflower hearts (along with cabbage hearts and brocolli stems), eaten raw, delicious - throwing them away is a crime!!!
Love the crisps addition Adam 👌
Looks delicious mate. Yes definitely a dish worthy by itself. I do like to have this with some pulled pork
Ah! Cauliflower & cheese. Haven't eaten it in absolutely ages so will definitely make it soon. Come on over! 🤣
(veggie)
You can absolutely leave the chorizo out. You could replace with some roasted red peppers instead
Where I live I can get a delicious vegetarian version of chorizo and I think I'll be adapting this recipe to include it.@@Adam_Garratt
Adam - when i lived in London - meat was so dear that cauliflower cheese was often our main course! (Served with Woolies/Safeway home brand instant mash!!). I had meat only twice the whole time. This looks do good. Great to see you again mste...i hope you are coping okay.
Happy new year Adam! Here's to a great 2024 and beyond! I have GOT to try this with the salt and vinaigre chips, that looks amazing!
This looks delicious, Adam! Thank you for the video and recipe! How did you come up with this recipe? You are so creative and skilled in the kitchen! I have to give this a try sometime.
Thank you again! Stay safe, take care and keep warm! 😊💖🙏🏻
Just popped into my head 🤣
Oh my goodness Adam, I always put crisps on top of my colly and cheese, I do the same when I have made chicken pasta and cheese sauce. Ooooohhhh yummy yum yum
Brilliant 👏
Thank you x
I love it as a main too, especially with bacon or chorizo.❤ love cauliflower soup too.
Love it!!
Yay! You’re back. Hoping you’re feeling well now.
Thank you 😊
Looks so yummy 😋
mmmm, delish whichever way. I love it. See ya next time😋❤
Chorizo would take it to the next level!
Oh yeah pancetta is a good shout Tina x
Have to agree I think a cauliflower cheese is underrated when you have your Sunday Roast
I would try this even though I’m not crazy about cauliflower. I wonder if broccoli would be good?
When I moved to Texas as a kid I learned broccoli cheese rice casserole and broccoli cheese soup are, indeed, delicious.
Definitely broccoli cheese works, even better than cauliflower, more taste to broccoli.
Broccoli would work just as well
Gotta try this one! oh, and it just depends on which pronunciation of chorizo you prefer - you are using a
Portuguese pronunciation. I live in New Mexico, in Spanish, it's cho-Ree-so. (rrroll that "R") Tasty, any way you say it😉
This thing is lit. Really. Gonna try this.
love your mate humble honest cooking no hipster shit
Haha cheers mate
Thats a thought to do as charlie isnt fond of caulie cheese but i am ❤️👍🏼
Can have it all to yourself then Aunty 🤣
@@Adam_Garratt 😂😂😂😂
Delicious for sure Adam as always but have you started working for a TV channel making a very well known East End programme as your delicious videos are very hard hitting styleeeee
Hey there adam, how are you doing? Are you doing any more videos? I miss your fantastic sense of humour.
Had that with roast pork and as you said it was bob on.... Made my sunday dinner brill.
Absolutely Helen, got one coming this week x
@@Adam_Garratt looking forward to. Seeing what you have to offer with bated breath Adam
Looks yummy 😋
Will make that defo 👍👍👍when making roux add 60/40 butter to flour (that’s off Marco on a cooking course I went on ) never a lump in sight
I have always used equal quantities and have never had a lumpy sauce yet. Although the higher ratio of butter might give a creamier taste.
That looks great I will give that a go except for the crisps would that freeze as I'm the only one in this house who likes cauliflower it would be great if I could freeze small portions for future meals, atb john.
Portion it up and it will freeze great
Thanks Adam will do that.
👍
Looks good 😋
OMG YUM YUM YUM. Thanks for sharing Adam🧅🧄🧅🧄🧅
Cracking video Adam, you make me laugh 🤣
Thank you !
Absolutely. And would work equally well with broccoli too. Try char grilling the broccoli first as well, as it gives it an amazing flavour
@@Adam_Garratt Will do. TA 👍
Aye a good 4 people with maybe some veg and bread on the side
