Day 1 done....omg....my condition was same as aanchal....i cn feel the burn in my whole body specially calves muscle...omggg..i m.dying...cnt even type bcz..just done with it.......love u mukti...plzz bring more such challenge...

At day 1 it was a mission to complete 300 jumping jacks
At 10th day....i did it in 5-6 min
2 inches...i lost around 1.5 inches from my thighs
Nf i m fully satisfied
Gonna do 500 knee highs from tomorrow

80% diet n 20%excercise
I accept it .I m 15 years and I do the exercise with my younger brother.We both enjoyed a lot
i did this with you... though i was tired and not in a mood to do workout..but when i saw this..i thought this is the least i could do for myself at least 10mins a day ....it was way more fun..please upload more such videos

I have accepted this challenge and today I have done 300 jumping jacks I felt so good after doing this exercise and I am 17 years old.I will follow this exercise everyday mam thank u so much for motivating everybody ....!!!!💖
On the first day I did only 20 jumping jacks on the second day I can't believe that I did 300 jumping jacks 😮Best work out👌👌👌

Awesome fun workout video. I used to do 300 non stop jumping jack every day before starting my daily routine.shortly after the lockdown, I have stopped working out and started eating all the junk. I became L size from S and put on 15 kg..haha.. now after an year I started working out again..I can do 200 non stop jumping jacks now..still I need time to reach my earlier fitness level.. I wanted a motivational video and landed here.you girls are very adorable..all the best..

Upper Thighs- 57cm
Hips -92cm
Calves - 35 cm
Day 1 - hard but I did it
Day 2 - it was too hard to do this because my calves are burning a lot
Day 3- my heart beat can't normal. I am sweating a lot
Day 4- done but my paining a lot. ✅
Day5- done ✅
Starting again
Day 1- done ✅

I do it 200 times daily with another cardio exercises,n it,s been two weeks today I feel lighter and more active but legs pains like hell,still gonna continue 💗💯

Jumping jack is seems problem for me , i have started workout and for warm up my trainer asked me to do these but i felt pain in my ankles and rest of my workout suffer bcoz of that. What whould be the cause?
