Great video! Had my RCF for almost 3 years. Carbon/TVD with Molten Pearl color. Agreed, it has been the best almost three years. Take it to the track once in a while. It does everything exceptionally well.. $37K gets a very high mileage, with poorly maintained exterior and accidents or worn out brakes, tires etc. Mint condition RCFs even 2015 and 2016 go for mid-to-high 40s.
@@raysp3c Yeah, I was lucky I snagged one with this color almost brand new with only 5000 miles and with the carbon fiber and TVD. Molten Pearl ones are now impossible to find since ir was only a 2015 - 2016 color. You would be amazed at how beaten up those older RCFs are in used market. They appear fine in pictures, but when people look at the records and the condition in real life, they have scratches, curb rashes, interior leather worn out etc.
I'm at 56K Miles Man. The dreaded 60k mile service interval coming up! Mine is not for sale. EVER! Also dude, you know what we must do. We must make enough to buy a Huracan...CASH! Cause that is what I want next as well. Plus prior to getting RC-F I was looking at Nissan GT-R. LOL
Gj for screwing up the well engineered suspension by replacing aftermarket suspension. Now the car rides like a tank. The car will scrapes and gets damage because it is too low. Stop ricing the beautiful machine man.
The car rides better than stock and I press a button to either be higher than factory or on the floor. It’s the best thing I could’ve done, San Fransisco and any/every dip/bump is a non issue.
Thinking about getting an RC F, how is the handling/steering on it? Is it light? I've heard mixed reviews about the steering and how it doesn't feel like you have much feedback from the road. How true is that?
Not very, I have a 2015 Lexus RCF and the handling isn’t Porsche percise, but the turn in is great and it can hold its own on track, you can feel the weight but once you drive it you start to feel as if the car has shrunk. As for the feedback it feels good to me, granted mine is older but I’ve heard the experience is the same for newer models. I’ve driven plenty sports cars and I truly enjoy the RCF.
I listen to informational videos that bring good value as this video did. Thank you. This is the sport edition correct? How is the car for long road trips? Does your back hurt after the first 50 miles of a road trip?
No I wouldn’t say so, depends on the person I suppose. The passenger seat is much more comfortable but when I go on 1000 mile trips i stop every 100 to top off, stretch and hit the rest room
@@raysp3c LOL, Shit it's such a beautiful ride but that lip just ruins it! It's like going on a date with a super hot chick and you find out she's got man hands! :-0
What’s going on bro , I just watched your RUclips video on the rcf back when you first bought it & i been looking at a couple & just wanted to hear your review on it. Maintenance wise , how many miles your at now. The year of your RC-F , issues you came across, mod list & etc.
No they made the front end too soft, I like the tail lights and new screen but thats about it. Plus I’m paying it off next month, no way I’d take a hit on this just to but basically the same car lol
I've always wanted a lexus and they are so reliable and the price isn't too bad compared to other cars, that is why I would consider doing that if I were to buy one
This car does pree good in almost everything but the biggest issue is the tall gearings with the transmission. This thing's 2nd gear tops out at almost 100km/h wtf ahahaha. I don't think you rlly mind it but if you've driven any other performance car, they have normal gearing ratios where u go through the gears quickly unlike this where each gear takes forever to reach redline lool

Does the snow plough on the front work ok?
Only during winter

rcf or c7 if you had to choose one?
I really like these, I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to squeeze more power out of them
If you want power don’t buy one, only buy one if you’re cool with 430whp and a cool sounding exhaust note

What’s so bad about the 60k? Lol and yeah buying cash through an LLC is for sure a move on an exotic
@@raysp3c from what I've heard its the most expensive interval.
Imma probably do it myself haha
@@raysp3c not a bad idea. By some chance if an owner had tires and brakes right around that interval. Ahahahaha!!!

Your rcf has been my screen saver for like 2 years lol
Great video love ur car recently got a2015 rc f worked its incredible
car looks sick!!! Loving my 2021 Fuji speedway edition
Now that’s awesome, a super limited production car. How’s the car like?
Good Review Ray. Very accurate info and experiences.
My pleasure!

This car is so low, I would be scared to scrape it lmao
It’s in bags thankfully lol
Soon as I lock in these 2 years of work to avoid tax bs I’ll be trading in my rc350 for this can’t wait.

Yo what happened to that crusing with da boyz upload? Was ready to watch it 😮
It was corrupted so I had to re upload

for spark plugs buy the plugs do it yourself lexus tried charging me $500 on my GS350 F sport so I did them myself.
Damn that’s taxed lol, my plug left Lexus to make mini pop tarts at a coffee shop so I’ll probs to it myself lol
raysp3c that’s just for the v6....it’s more expensive if you own any V8 lexus.
Not really I was paying $100 for oil changes haha
Got mines used put in about 20k miles in a year. Its been a blast to drive
what you mentioned applies to like every car in 2020 without any drivetrain mods.
I guess lol
You can go to the gym… you can go get dinner or a restaurant lololol
Yea no shit 😂😂😂
Isn't it 3 cars glued together basically?
Probably
Any problems with the RCF I just got one with 70,000 miles just wondering how reliable they are?
How has it been holding up ?
Noice!
Im looking at one for sale for $47k with 64k miles is worth it? 15’ RCF white with red interior?
That front lip was imported straight outta Zimbabwe, WTF!
Bro he made it way too heavy cause he thought I’d ruin it, shit broke my bumper tabs lol

I shot you a Dm on Instagram but I seen you haven’t been on it much
Where did you get the black side mirrors from or did they come on the car?
The car is black from the factory so I just left the paint exposed as the car is wrapped
do you think the odometer can be hacked? i'm questioning a car i might purchase with low miles...
Probably

What type of front lip?
Is the car tuned
Yes
Is having 16 mpg really that bad to have? Coming from a 21 mpg
I don’t really know how to answer that since most of my cars have ranged from 8-15mpg lol. I’m used to being at a gas station a few times a week
@deathkillex Don't ever count those bills if you want any type of meaningful car in Your life.

I’d prob let it go for 55k

What is insurance looking like?
$110 a month for full coverage under an umbrella policy
