    Thank you Kurt and Donald. I learned a lot from you guys. My wife and kids love it. I call it Mango del Rey derived from my nickname Rey.I just changed the design on top into a flower shaped design ang instead of square I changed it into round shape.
    Again thank you soooo much for this recipe.

    Just an add on yo prevent your mango from discoloration soak them or sprinkle them in any acidic like lemon juice, pineapple juice or orange juice so it will still looks fresh

      This cake should be stored in the freezer, which prevents discoloration. But you may make any changes you like, any adjustments you see fit to make it more enjoyable for you 😊

    I've been such a huge fan of your conti's mango bravo cake! Upon seeing this video, I can say that this is the perfect combo of what I am craving for - sans rival and mango cake! I will truly give this recipe a try on my birthday!
    Btw, Conti's had just posted a new cake flavor on their Facebook page, the Crinkle Cheesecake. Can u also add that on your to-do list of desserts?

    Is this kind of mango sweet since it is winter time not too much mango or if not can d frozen one be substitute..thnx

    What is the purpose of the cornstarch on heavy cream mixtures is their another substitute

      Cornstarch helps to thicken the heavy cream during whipping and keeps it stable once whipped. A substitute would be to add more powdered sugar, which also contains cornstarch. Hope this helps! 😊

      It is. Cornstarch is an ingredient in powdered sugar, which is also often eaten raw. Hope this helps!
