Since the rebellion is destroyed for devil May cry 5 I think they should bring back alastor. Which was a really badass sword in devil May cry 1 which is the one that got sent through Dante's chest temporarily killing him. But also brought him back to life too. Because to be honest that sword was so good to use and I could honestly see it being in another devil May cry game.

this is funny because Capcom says that this is Nero's Battle Theme, and this song in my opinion is pretty "Nero"(Young, catchy, energetic, fun, etc), wich means Dante will probably get his own battle song, and if i'm right its gonna be like this(or something like "Taste the Blood" from DMC3)
Love this song because it goes so perfectly with the original version which is more synthy and fits for when we'll be playing with the younger Nero, while this Metal version is evocative of the older theme songs, and would fit better when controlling Dante.

Honestly, the original has no bite behind it, it's trying so hard but feels really empty. THIS cover, on the other hand, sounds exactly like I'd expect a DMC theme to sound.

Capcom already are thinking of replacement because the lead singer was noted to have a certain.... relationship with a minor in 2017 that Capcom was not aware of. Now they are trying to steer clear of the theme entirely and thinking of some solution to all this.

Honestly, the original has no bite behind it, it's trying so hard but feels really empty. THIS cover, on the other hand, sounds exactly like I'd expect a DMC theme to sound.
MetaL556 original is OK, this cover makes it really shine. I think what sells it is the extra melodiousness

I've listened to this almost as much as I've listened to the original. This remains my absolute favorite cover of Devil Trigger for sounding both unique while also going just as hard as the original song to keep all that energy intact. Been a big fan of your work for years now, but it felt like it was about time to finally leave a comment and gush over the beast that is this cover.

It really hurts that capcom are failing to make good DMC music as good as DMC3
Capcom already are thinking of replacement because the lead singer was noted to have a certain.... relationship with a minor in 2017 that Capcom was not aware of. Now they are trying to steer clear of the theme entirely and thinking of some solution to all this.

Just started playing Devil May Cry 5 again a few minutes ago. Devil Trigger doesn't hit the same without it being this version. Bro needs to be on the next DMC sound track for sure.
They should put this song as the second end credits song! Clearly they have everything geared up for how they want to release the game but hey they said DMC 5 was made for the fans! How sick would it be if they threw it in right at the end of your first run through?! You’ve got all your weapons, you know the whole story, you’re ready for a harder difficulty and then the metal rendition of the theme melts your face right before you get back to demon slaying!!
