I discovered your channel a month ago and it’s been the biggest blessing! I can’t do all the high intensity jumping that I see a lot of people do to get fit, but these workouts are gentle but so intense, are cardiovascular, toning and so calming. I finished this one and couldn’t believe that 37 minutes already went by. I didn’t even think of checking the time to see how much was left because it was so enjoyable. Always in a great mood after your workouts and I’ve seen my body become more fit and I feel so energized. Thank you for your hard work!!!

I did this today with full excitement of a full body, short and sweet with a resistance band ... until my first pause I realized this is intermediate ... instead of quitting I gave myself grace to continue with pauses and stretches when needed. I did it!!!! I have health issues that make is harder to exercise but also more important that I maintain and haven't been able to for almost a month but I am so grateful and very proud of myself for doing this. Your voice is soft, encouraging and gentle - I am so grateful I was led your way!!! Thanks for all your hard work and gentle approach!

For someone who has struggled with a rotator cuff injury the shoulder workout at 29 minutes in is brilliant! I should add that since I replaced yoga with pilates on this channel my shoulder rarely bothers me. 🙌 💪 😊
Being in my mid-50s I knew I had to work on maintaining strength. Your workouts have been perfectly pitched to push me right up to my edge. I wasn't sure about the resistance band but thought I would give it a try. Just loved how it adds another layer of intensity. Thanks for your excellent workouts. Me too, I find planks are relatively easy but could feel it days later around my ribs
