Thank you for watching and supporting the channel. Please let me know what you think below :)dYS
My wrist can carry a 42mm diver. Preferably on a strap. I like the vintage look, if not a vintage size. Love the look of the Seamaster. And i especially like the Omega movements, which this on iously doesnt have, but id give a try on the ol' wrist if i could
Handsome enough piece save for Boldr's odd choice of "scratch" on the clasp.
Thoughts and prayers with the nephew quoting these videos at school.
I think it's a really nice watch. I have no problem with the size or dimensions. My complaints would be the image on the display back interfering with the view of the movement and the fact that it doesn't have an on the fly clasp. Unfortunately I don't like the watch enough to buy it.
Abosutly love that one from Boldr - Would perfectly fit my big wrist...
At 6.75” wrist I may have to agree with the too large of a size critique. I think it would do well on a vintage leather strap or even canvas too. Thanks for “barging” in with this new watch “Voyage” and I’ll just be waiting for you to “ship” me the giveaway watch
Thank you, great review, and I share the sentiment, in 38 or 39, with a slimmer profile, it would have been so awesome!
I do like it on the larger side (what she said), and it does look like a well put together piece. Quite a chunk of money for an NH38 though.
1:43 you’re lucky, son. I was about to smash that report button 😊
😅🤣
Yeah agreed with all of your points
Ok .... It'll feel big at the start, but give it a while and you'll manage just fine
Solid Design watch!!!
Really like the brand but prices have rocketed. Boldr are all on the large side. Had an Expedition and the lug to lug was just huge, and so flat on wrist, much like this one. But it looked great and felt solid. Feel like they're stretching themselves thin, prices are just going up, and odd design choices at times. Might come back to the brand one day
Love this watch -- I think it's a great size for me (41 to 43 is my dive watch wheelhouse).
I actually quite liked that Boldr monster! 😅
Great video! What amazing camera footage really improving with every video
I'm with you on the size issue with this watch. You'd think with the movement they chose a smaller watch would be possible. It is a handsome devil but it's too much of a good thing. Mind you, I wish every watch was 38mm.
Congrats for this achievement mate!
Thanks very much, mate 🙌🏻very much appreciated
Thanks for a great giveaway. The Bolder is a little big.
Agreed!
You know what they say mate: never meet your heroes! Really loved the vintagy Omega Seamaster until I put one on my wrist at a watch boutique. The completely polished case killed it for me! This Boldr has brushed surfaces but it doesn't give me tingles either. Probably you're right and it's down to the size of this thing.
I had the same thing, mate, although I might be reviewing the Seamaster 300 soon so maybe I'll be swayed after a week on the wrist...
The watch looks good, like most Boldrs. Unfortunately, like most Boldrs, it's priced about $150-$200 too high.
Absolutely - I think the price is a bit steep considering it's still a bog standard Seiko movement in the back!
Boldr had been on my radar for a while especially their early release the Venture Carbon field watch (their titanium release has also gotten good reviews) .. like all watch companies they want to release new products as often as possible and like every watch company they all have the occasional miss. The brushed case and muted colors just doesn't give me the tingles like the OG Seamaster 300 in blue (which is my favorite of the Seamaster range).
The size doesn't kill me but I think a 39-40mm would sell better and the thickness would give me pause (1-2mm thinner). The exhibition case back also doesn't do it for me - Boldr are supposed to he a functional tough and tumble watch company therefore no exhibition caseback please.
On the fly adjustment would be nice and I agree that if Boldr continue with divers they will need one to compete.
The hour hand looks like it has some finish imperfections, same as on the close up image of the bezel ... is that true? I agree that a smaller size would be so much better.
I think at this price it is pushing the value proposition a bit. Cheap basic clasp, no on-the-fly adjustment, it could have at least been nicer. No excuse for male endlinks.
The NH movement is a let down at this price point, especially because it means this is not exactly thin at 13.6mm.
Unsurprisingly they neglect to even mention the thickness on the product page....
I want the lumepip watch
I love it. What a beautiful diver. Love your reviews. Cheers!
Thanks very much - I think there's few this model's resonated with! I think if it was smaller in size and price, it'd be an easy winner 😅
Congrats on the 6k subs!
Thanks, Aaron! Much appreciated, mate 🙏🏻
Solid vintage design from classic inspiration. Personally, not a homage(y) as some might say. Great review
Very nice watch, I can,t buy the Omega, so... 😂
That is too expensive for a Seiko NH movement. Need to see a Miyota 9000 series for that kind of money
I like boldr watches and this is no exception however the price is all wrong, this is a £250 max watch....if they implemented the changes you suggested then yes the current price would be correct....🏴⌚🏴⌚
Nice look , but a bit outsized for my tastes .. 👍
loving the channel
Thank you so much, that means a lot 🙌🏻🙏🏻
Nice giveaway
I think that looks much more like an oris than an omega
This is one of the funniest videos yet 😂
It’s not big and it’s no clever.
Where have you heard that before.
Another top review mate
Just...so many places, sadly
Solid design.. it's nice. Another good video! HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL!! MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎁⛄!!
To each their own, mate - and the same to you 👏✌️
i just got the timex version
It’s a nice Homage without being a photocopy. Just a hair expensive though… As for your nephew, not sure how old he is, but if he’s the over the age of 5, he’s probably heard worse on the playground. Ha!
Haha, no doubt about that!
Great idea for the giveaway. Very clever, unlike your mum. 😮
That price seems a little high for what you get looks more like a $150 to $250 range watch
Totally - and a lot of competition in that price bracket nowadays!
Sorry for my curiosity, but I'm interested in how the winner will be chosen
I'm just gonna do a raffle with the email addresses used to enter the giveaway and get in touch with the winner that way! 😉
Boldr: no. Pipwatch: YES! Congrats, Pip!
Thanks very much, mate 😅
The Boldr is like your Mum
On the large size
In Norm Macdonald voice: Ah, come, on...
...I like James Bond 😪

This is watch that should work, but doesn’t.
It seems to have been rushed during the design process. The crown is awful, the male end links don’t look good at all and the only serve to make the watch longer. The overall aesthetic is bordering on a stealth piece, which is at odds with its intended design cues for an Omega.
Sorry, Pip, but I don’t think this has many redeeming features, especially given the many Chinese alternatives that are better by a country mile.
La mona aunque se vista de seda, mona se queda! 😉
I think you’re right, mate - y me encanta el refrán 😅 puedes decir lo mismo sobre mis vídeos. ¿Son monos porque se han mejorado la cámara y las luces? Sí, pero aún aparece el gilipollas pelirrojo ese 😉🤣
Nice design but too big.
When is gona be the drawing?
I'll announce the winner on the next video 😉well, I'll have emailed them by then anyway!
I hate the "crack" that Boldr seems to love on its watches. That alone has stopped me from buying from them.
They definitely haven't communicated that much, at least from what I can tell - I had to look on their website for what it means, and I guess itmkind of makes sense, but I don't think that alone is enough to win me over. I'd rather just a better on-the-fly clasp, even if it was unsigned, tbh!
First 😂
😂😂😂
Is the giveaway applicable worldwide ?
Yeah, obviously excluding the places that would be near impossible to send to: North Korea, Russia. I'd obviously have to double-check, you know, but the EU, most of Asia, Australia (and NZ), North America and South America, most countries will be OK.
Thanks
