Hi penny. Thanks for the new workout.I hurt my both wrists due to workout.what type of exercises can i do to allow my wrists to recover fully. Because your fingers are affected too.
Do you have access to a gym? If you don’t want to use your fingers much then then you might want access to some machines where you don’t have to hold anything. Otherwise you might have to focus on Bodyweight legs and Ab moves. Also try my walking workouts.
I really enjoyed the snow repeat work out. It certainly got my heart rate up and made lots of sweat. Unfortunately though, I try to plan my workouts for time and for caloric effort to meet my daily goals. My Apple Watch only got 228 cal. This means I will probably have to do another workout later to meet my daily goal.
What a way to start my Saturday! 132MEPS 425CALS - Probably Circuit 1 as i am not great with my back getting up and down all the time....so by the time we get to Circuit 2 and the floor work - aka ABs i am kinda done ;) No apologies about the video- still got a great workout and sweated right along with you sista!
So I tapped out on this one Penny about 30 mins in... lol... BUT I'm coming back next week stronger to complete the whole video! Great challenging workout, I'll be back!
