    I tried doing this and then I stopped at the 20th minute and then continued with another upper body workout. I was out of breath! I will come back to this one when my strength level gets higher.

    Great full body workout!!! I had never done the wall one leg and it is effective. What a WORKOUT!!! Thanks Penny!! Plan to do this twice a week all through March as I want to master some of the exercises like the last one. Penny FLIES through it....while I am stumbling to get up LOL!!! Try it people...FUN and Good SWEATING!!

    You are true to your word in saying you would post more 30 and 45 minute workouts! I greatly appreciate it! I really enjoyed this workout today! I like how you had the same exercise for 45 seconds twice with the 30 second different exercise in between and no break in between. I also like how you had different variations. For example, the seated dumbbell snatch and the wall deadlift. To my favorite trainer, thank you!

    Some pain and challege is good! This was torture but when you get to the peak of your own mountain...wow what a view!! Good to be reminded that you can still go further than you ever thought possible. Your potential is endless as you never stop believing ✨

    This was a great workout, Penny!! What I really like about workouts like this is the fact that there is no rushing through the moves. Once you’ve chosen the right weight, you can do the moves comfortably and really work the muscles. Time under tension as another RUclips trainer says! I shall be doing this some more!❤️

    Great workout, Penny. Used 4, 6 and 8kg and loved how it made me sweat. Thanks for the single leg dumbell deadlift, never did this variation before and it felt super effective!

    loved it!!! loved every single exercise. and although it was rather strength exercises (which I absolutely looove) it really got my HR up!! this was just a fab workout!! will def. integrate some of the exercises into my upper body weight training.     It was TOUGH! By the time I got to the 3rd exercise in the set (which I loved how you repeated the first exercise) my cardio was up and I pushed myself to make it through to the end! FANTASTIC WORKOUT!! Thank you so much!!! 🔥💪🏻🏋️‍♀️❤️

    Wow wow!! Don’t be fooled by the 3kg being an easy weight people 😮‍💨😮‍💨🤣🤣 my arms were hating me through this especially the plank in the middle but loving me now ❤️ love this! May I ask if there is a massive difference doingback to back as opposed to having just 10 secs in between to get into the right position/see the next move ? Xxx
