I tried doing this and then I stopped at the 20th minute and then continued with another upper body workout. I was out of breath! I will come back to this one when my strength level gets higher.
Great full body workout!!! I had never done the wall one leg and it is effective. What a WORKOUT!!! Thanks Penny!! Plan to do this twice a week all through March as I want to master some of the exercises like the last one. Penny FLIES through it....while I am stumbling to get up LOL!!! Try it people...FUN and Good SWEATING!!

I like how you had the same exercise for 45 seconds twice with the 30 second different exercise in between and no break in between. I also like how you had different variations. For example, the seated dumbbell snatch and the wall deadlift. To my favorite trainer, thank you!

This was a great workout, Penny!! What I really like about workouts like this is the fact that there is no rushing through the moves. Once you’ve chosen the right weight, you can do the moves comfortably and really work the muscles. Time under tension as another RUclips trainer says! I shall be doing this some more!❤️

loved it!!! loved every single exercise. and although it was rather strength exercises (which I absolutely looove) it really got my HR up!! this was just a fab workout!! will def. integrate some of the exercises into my upper body weight training.
