All these workouts have been amazing. The 30 mins time scale makes it sound easy but they are tough!! I’ve done all 3 twice over and loved each one more each time. Thanks for keeping us fit through the holidays Penny 🎉

Thank you for this super fun sweat! After 2 pregnancies, my joints get cranky easily and I really appreciate workouts like this that are low impact but still high intensity. This is one of my favourites of yours that I will come back to (and I have enjoyed a LOT of your fabulous workouts!)
this work out was one level above all - intense - i had to take longer break to catch my breath - it was awesome - thanks heaps - need a cold shower to wash my whole body sweat - 😪❤🔥💯💪🦵🔥

This was madness! I loved it so much. Burned 1.5x what I usually burn in 30 min…. Please do more 30 minute no-jumping workouts!!!!

Honestly, I like it all! But if I had to choose I guess I'd go with a mix, just to mix things up, lol
I was challenged by the alt standing oblique crunch. By then my shoulders were done. Depending on the day I like jumping in my workouts.
