    This is perfection! More strength workouts pretty please. Recently I have almost only been doing your strength workouts as I have enough cardio from my other activities so bring on more killer strength videos!! Awesome job Penny!

    awesome full body workout! 💪🏻 Your videos are so well done. I love the previews so I can tell what is coming next and get the right weight ready during the rest periods. I turn the volume down a little, so that I can hear the dings, and then I blast my own music on top. Perfection!

    My fitness journey stopped a year ago and I haven’t done anything to get in shape since then but I’m ready to start (again). I’m so thankful for your videos because when I was going to the gym and being consistent, I would use your videos for all my home workouts in the morning. You’re a blessing!     5/28/22 update. Did this one again. You’re doing everything right Penny. You have strength, cardio, low impact, step, knee friendly, kettlebell, weights, resistance bands. Love it all. Wouldn’t change a thing. 🤗

    This was such a great workout! My favorite circuit was #5 with all the posterior chain work! I definitely need to do more of that!

    Un entrenamiento perfecto, que a pesar de su duración de casi una hora, parece corto, al distribuir los ejercicios en diferentes bloques y con solo 2 series la actividad se hace amena e interesante, además trabajas todos los músculos. Si soy sincera, empecé con la intención con hacer solo hasta la mitad, pero una vez que me puse seguir con el entrenamiento me pareció lo correcto y no me supuso ningún esfuerzo, se puede decir que hasta sentí intriga por cómo serían los ejercicios de la siguiente ronda, CONCLUSIÓN, ha sido una rutina genial y la voy a repetir muchas más veces, GRACIAS.👍😍

    Woah this was awesome!! I don't generally like hour long workouts, but when you do them they have such balance so I am completely challenged throughout, but don't feel like I'm gonna die at the end. Lol!

    egad...I utilized that pause button a few times. My heavy strength workout was quickly turning into a cardio workout lol. Thanks for this - I am beat...in all the right ways.

    This was AMAZING. I burnt 414 active kilocalories and 500 total calories with this workout. I only managed to use 2 x 2kg and 2 x 5kg dumbbells (and swapped for 8kg kettlebells) during the swing workouts. Overall, I’m going to repeat this and a few others of Penny’s workout to get back in shape!
