This was AMAZING. I burnt 414 active kilocalories and 500 total calories with this workout. I only managed to use 2 x 2kg and 2 x 5kg dumbbells (and swapped for 8kg kettlebells) during the swing workouts. Overall, I’m going to repeat this and a few others of Penny’s workout to get back in shape!
