I loved this. Being of the fluffier variety i always feel self conscious about jumping. Even when alone. This was great. And I like how sometimes ill be like I can't anymore then an "easier" move will come on and ill be like I can do that. Usually helps me to catch my breath and focus and push on 😄🙏

This was tough! I went with 15 lb dumbells for most, some 20 and 25's but I knew if I wanted to make it to the end, staying a little lighter was key. Thank you!
