This is really your signature style - the no repeats! It's what drew me to your channel! Can't get enough of these no repeat classes - they whip by so fast!
I would have to disagree, it is absolutely not my signature style. Supersets of 4 exercises, repeated 2-3x is my style and my preferred way of training. No repeat is extremely popular on RUclips, and yes, those videos tend to do well - but you won’t see good results just doing workouts that don’t repeat exercises, even when structured as intensely as my workouts are.
I do appreciate the compliment - but have to be upfront regarding no repeat workouts. My no repeats are way more intense than most out there - but I still would caution away from doing just those.

Good day everyone! I just wanted to say that I’ve injured myself and I’ve taken a week off… I tried getting back today but I’m still sore! I have been using my recumbent bike to keep up with my workouts! I was told that I may need another week or 2 off to completely recover! I’ll be back and complete this strong workout! I miss you guys! Thanks Vera! I’ll stay in touch 😘
These no repeat workouts are my favorite on days where I’m feeling more exhausted, even though they’re intense it somehow feels like I’m tricking my brain into thinking I’m not working out as hard even when I’m pushing myself with how much weight I’m using! Loved the workout Vera 🖤
Had a bit of time to kill this afternoon and was a little stressed so thought I would complete this workout. Really really good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a selection of dumbbells out and tried to go as heavy as could without compromise to form, possibly could have gone heavier in some areas. Went heavy for the quads as they are the biggest muscle - 15 kg each and for step up used 20kg sandbag. That is Day 25 & 26 completed in one day brilliant. Thank you as always Vera.
This full body workout is to become one of my most favorite ones!!! We all have favorite movements and exercises and mine are all here 😍🤩🥰❤ I absolutely loved the complex movements at the beginning!!! Yet another unique piece of art from you, dear Vera!!! Thank you sooooooooo muchhhhh!!! 💖👋🥰🌹

Im late but Im here!!! 🤣Alot of these were not my faves just because there was alot of knee bending but I used substitutes or did other exercises in the routine. My back & shoulders are definitely on 🔥. Thanks again Vera!! 💪💛💪
