    Wow...I loved so many things about this workout! :)
    First and foremost...that new intro is so great!
    Second, the warm up of all warm ups...sweet doggos, it made me smile.
    And last, of course, that workout. GUUURL...so good! I love the no repeat, it's got to be my favorite, and loved all the weights and NO jumping!! There were some awesome new moves in there too, definitely putting this in my arsenal of regular workouts.

    Loved this workout b/c it was tough with no jumping! Would be great if you would let us know which specific weight you are using for each move 👍🏼

    👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙅🏼 wow thank. You so much. I workout with 5lb set and 12 lb set . Thank god I got them in the beginning of the pandemic it's so hard to find Dumbbells these days 😓

    I just found this channel definitely subscribing her workouts look amazing!!! I don't know if I will be able to do the whole hour but I'm pumped to try. Love no repeats keeps my mind guessing and interested in what's coming next but definitely giving my all because I know I don't get a do over. The dogs are a huge plus +++. Lol
