Wow...I loved so many things about this workout! :) First and foremost...that new intro is so great! Second, the warm up of all warm ups...sweet doggos, it made me smile. And last, of course, that workout. GUUURL...so good! I love the no repeat, it's got to be my favorite, and loved all the weights and NO jumping!! There were some awesome new moves in there too, definitely putting this in my arsenal of regular workouts. Thanks for all you do Penny!!

Second, the warm up of all warm ups...sweet doggos, it made me smile.
And last, of course, that workout. GUUURL...so good! I love the no repeat, it's got to be my favorite, and loved all the weights and NO jumping!! There were some awesome new moves in there too, definitely putting this in my arsenal of regular workouts.
