    Even if it’s low impact, I found it equally sweaty. Many new moves were there which I never did before. Loved it 😍

    Ok this one was so good! I’m 3 months postpartum with my fourth baby and I have a hard time with a lot jumping stuff 😬🤪😂 so this was so great. My neighbor and I were sweating like crazy! Thank you Penny!

    Today is my first day of periods and my periods is quite heavy and painful.. but still needed to do workout and this workout made my periods less painful THANK YOU SO MUCH PENNY❤️❤️❤️ for making me feel so good and comfortable during my horrible periods...

    Honestly - I love your workouts and music! As of midnight last night they closed gyms again in Toronto, ON Canada due to increase in covid numbers so I wrote down all your moves in this video - grabbed 5lb & 10lb weights and headed to the local park to do this workout. Good to know I can always count on you for amazing workouts when gym classes shut down! Thanks Penny!

    This workout was badass. I enjoyed it throughly and it was easy to modify for my soft tissue injury on both knees. Lifted heavily and burned 500 cals! | feel so proud and strong when I do these workouts. Thanks @Penny Barnshaw

      That’s such a horrible injury! My mum had off and on for years. Make sure you’re stretching and massaging your calf’s regularly 😘

    Loved this low impact workout! Wondering if you could add into the description how many lbs. of weights you are using for each move? 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 etc..I usually feel I need to slow the reps down but would love to know how much weight you use in each round to help gauge where I should be, or what I should be working up to!
