Honestly - I love your workouts and music! As of midnight last night they closed gyms again in Toronto, ON Canada due to increase in covid numbers so I wrote down all your moves in this video - grabbed 5lb & 10lb weights and headed to the local park to do this workout. This workout was badass. I enjoyed it throughly and it was easy to modify for my soft tissue injury on both knees. Lifted heavily and burned 500 cals! | feel so proud and strong when I do these workouts. Thanks @Penny Barnshaw

That’s such a horrible injury! My mum had off and on for years. Make sure you’re stretching and massaging your calf’s regularly 😘
