Penny Penny Penny!!!!!! Circuit #3 is my favorite!!!!!!! I felt Uber strong, even with modifications. During each rest period, I jogged in place/modify jacks for two minutes. I burned 667 calories!!!! I wish I could add a pic so you could see!!! Thank you for crafting such a balanced workout!!! 💪🥔🙅♀️
My favourites are these 1 hour long ones. I really liked this too. Circuits all good, but was happy about booty/thigh ecersices which were done on the mat, not standing. Also back exersices on the mat, good to have hjem too. I think tjat is why I prefer 1 hour long work outs. Time enough to do the whole body. So happy to be able to join this fun from Helsinki, Finland.❤
🥔💪😮💨Penny!!! So excited 😆 to share this with you!!! I was abe to do the side plank with both legs extended. I tucked and lifted the a 5lb plate for 14 counts before I fell. Didn’t try to twist because I was so excited I could finally hold my body in that position with out collapsing. Working toward the twist. Love how strong your workouts have made me. 🙏

You are the queen of compound! Everyone - DO THIS GREAT WORKOUT!!! I loved all the circuits and then the AB blowout at the end. Treated myself to an hour instead of 30-40 minutes today even if I am late to work!!
One of the things I really appreciate about your videos is that when it shows the workout is 30,40,50 ... minutes, that is actually that length of time I am truly working out!!!!!!

OK I did it!!!! It was excellent but really hard. Penny I have tried other workouts but I keep returning to you. Your moves really suit me. I do have to use the adaptations of course. Also I have to slow down some moves as my old bones complain 😜Just want to be able to smile through it like you do!!!

I absolutely loved this workout. Around the 40 minute mark I was ready to collapse, but I pushed through and the last 2 circuits didn't feel quite as brutal (although I added dumbbells to some of the final core moves). Thank you so much for this brilliant workout
Penny just after 15 mins i was breathless.... apart of that i had to take 20 sec interval...it was super tough still pulled myself to the end... now i feel it was worth stretching myself till the end.. thanks Penny... waiting for the next week.. hope you post full five day work out..
