    Sir whay protein start karne se pahle koi test kawana jaruri hai.... example, blood ya urine test....kyouki dr ase hi advice tho karenge nhi....dr kaise batayenge ki hamare liye kounsa suppliment ya whay protein sahi rahega, kya iskeliye koi body check up ya test karane hote hai?... please reply..
