      Creatine supplementation has been shown to increase water retention in skeletal muscle only not in cardiac muscle. So, it won't hold water in the heart..

    Creatine should be used before workout it help you to do more intensity workout and incresing no. Of rep in each set.
    Now the more reps you perform the more your muscle fibre tear
    After workout your body try to heal that fibre and build more stronger
    And here Whey Protein help you to recover muscle fibre externally also that build muscles in your body ( hindi me teri body bn rhi hai )

    taking creatine from 2017 and still taking..
    apne experience se bata rha hu.. sabse achha tarika hai lene ka ki aap Gym bottle me isko achhe se shake kar ke koi flaver ad kar le..(maximum 3 to 5 grm) and 1 hour ya 2 hour jitna time aap gym karte pite rahe.. best result aata hai. after 10 days aapko khud ki body me changes dekhne milega..!!
    Agr aap isko bina gym kiye lene ki soch rhe to iska koi bhi result nhi hoga..!.
    And mai lagbhag har tarike ke brand ka creatine market se use kar chuka hu.. and market me bahot se fake creatine aate .! koi bhi achha brand le sakte. 100 ya 200 bachane ke liye apne body se experiment na kare.!
    And creatine ka bhi cycle hota hai..
    after every 3 month atlest 10 to 15 Days ka Gap lena chahiye!
    and us gap ke baad again le 3 month tak.. is tarike se result achha aata hai.
    Baki jisko jaise lena hai le sakta . maine apna experience share kiya.
    lekin mehnat bhi zaroori hai.. varna sirf creatine leke body nhi banti..😅

    Creatine lene ka sabse acha time hota hai lunch ke 2 ghante bad , aur agar saam ke time gym ja rahe aap to lunch ke bad kux khana prefer mat kijiye. Workout se pehle 4 hrs Tak kux mat lijiye. Lunch heavy or full hona chahiye.
    Pre workout ke taur pe , plain coffee water ya L- arginine , beta alanine , wali pre workout lijiye.
    Iske gym ke turant bad body thanda hote hi BCAA lijiye , it'll help muscle to recover well and faster, kyu ki Roz Roz gym ja rahe hai or muscles recovery rate utni speed nahi hoti.
    Ab BCAA lene ke bad , snan dhyan ke bad acha protein+ carb ka balance diet lijiye. Fir whey protein/ya fir hydrolyzed protein leke body ko 6 to 7 hrs ka rest dijiye .
    Subah uthte hi bhar pet Pani Pini hai .
    Or ye routine agle 6 years Tak non- stop chalne deni hai .

      If you do creatine loading like taking 20g per day for a week. It will result in higher levels of DHT but if you only take 3-5g, it will not increase or slightly increase DHT levels
