Mai subha Breakfast me.100gm chane,or 50 gm peanut khata hu
With 2 banana with 1 glass milk
11 am..I eat only 220 gm paneer
2 am..I eat vegetables or daal with 3-4 roties
Pre workout... I EAT 4 BANANAS ONLY
Post workout...I eat 250 gm chicken breast
Dinner...I eat vegetables or daal
Before bed...I drink banana shake of 2 banana and 250 ml milk ☺️☺️
And I really gain 4 kg weight in 20 days ☺️☺️😌
