    Layman's may not understand. But this guy has really given desi people of subcontinent a Excellent solution at the same time economical.
    And diet's which are expensive are far expensive then this one.
    And a diet plan below this budget may not have proteins 🤣 or required nutrients.

    2- paneer

    1) 100g soaked chickpeas - 20g protein + 60g carbs + 6g fats
    2) 100g roasted peanuts - 24g protein + 18g carbs + 50g fats
    3) 250 ml milk
    4) 6 chapati - 18g protein + 90g carbs
    5) 250g rice - 5g protein + 55g carbs
    Total :- 65g protein + 200g carbs + 55g fats
    Also you can add banana, potato, eggs, etc.

    Fat milk 500ml= 430 calorie
    3 Medium bananas= 315 calories
    Mix it make 745 calorie drink in Rs. 38 a day.
    100 gm soyachunk= 350 calories
    Rice 1 cup= 242 calories
    1 tb spoon oil= 112 calories
    Can add chopped vegetables of tour choice
    Will 742 to 800 calories.
    First calculate your routine and check how much calories you burn and also your food habit how much calories you get.
    Simple science, more calories gain weight.
    You can also use peanut butter, oats with banana shake to make 1200+ calories drink a real weight gainer
    2 spoon gives 188 calories
    100 gm oats gives 390 calores.
    Just focus on how much calories you need by evaluating your activities and your diet and than decide how much calories you need.

    Total cost of one day is as follow
    As two times 8 eggs = 16×5=80
    100 gm panner costs 70rs
    Banana cost around 20
    Nuts cost around 100 for 50 gms
    Milk cost around 30 rs
    And grand total is 300rs

    Sir mera mahine me 8 hazar kharcha hota h diet me
    Mai subha Breakfast me.100gm chane,or 50 gm peanut khata hu
    With 2 banana with 1 glass milk
    11 am..I eat only 220 gm paneer
    2 am..I eat vegetables or daal with 3-4 roties
    Pre workout... I EAT 4 BANANAS ONLY
    Post workout...I eat 250 gm chicken breast
    Dinner...I eat vegetables or daal
    Before bed...I drink banana shake of 2 banana and 250 ml milk ☺️☺️
    And I really gain 4 kg weight in 20 days ☺️☺️😌
    Try this for weight gain
