Don't know if I look more like a broken ninja turtle or a crawling demon crawling in a sinister circle of light X) Thank you for the video! The deep stretch class hit all the right places. I have a tabby named Mr. Cat that looks similar to yours. He sits on the yoga mat also. Cats feels calm and relaxed doing this.
I am absolutely not flexible so it took me a year to dare testing this video... but I have been doing this deep stretching for a few days now and I LOVE it! I feel so good after it. Thanks a lot for this amazing training your propose us there!

I have hypermobile joints and I love your videos the most because I never feel like the poses encourage me to push past or lean into an excessive range of motion by mistake, your stretches make it a lot easier to be mindful of maintaining good joint alignment and staying out of an overstretch
