- Everyone wants to be more flexible! This advanced Deep Stretching routine will increase your flexibility even further, it will lengthen and elongate your muscles the right way. Here's why being flexible is important, aside for being useful for dancers (this comes with the job description):
-It improves posture and relieve tension, You will smile every day!
-It prevents injuries because of the wider range of motion
-It improves blood circulation and oxygen flow. More smiling for you!
-It lengthens your muscles and you will look, taller, leaner and more confident.
-You can show off at parties by pulling your leg to your ear…make sure you wear pants!
Make sure you do a good warm up to get those muscles flown and chewy and let’s get flexible! Have Fun!

Wow, this was eye or rather leg opening to me. I've been doing Ballet for more than 16 years now but I always struggled with middle splits A LOT. These exercises were the first ones that acutually helped me and gave me hope! Thanks Corona for making me find this video! And thanks a lot Alessia!

Doing this with candles around (the electricity has been cut off) and struggling with these stretches. Don't know if I look more like a broken ninja turtle or a crawling demon crawling in a sinister circle of light X)

You're a super hero. I did yoga all my life and I've never been more flexible or closer to middle splits than I have gotten just a few times doing your stretching videos (plus hours a week for months of your barre vidéos) . I thought middle splits were impossible for me but I'm sure I'll get them now thanks to you 😘😘

this was probably my first real stretch in about 6 months, I can really feel the tightness in the inside of my knees! definitely needed to get back into stretching again haha I'm not as flexible as I used to be :O

The deep stretch class hit all the right places. I have a tabby named Mr. Cat that looks similar to yours. He sits on the yoga mat also. Cats feels calm and relaxed doing this.

I have hypermobile joints and I love your videos the most because I never feel like the poses encourage me to push past or lean into an excessive range of motion by mistake, your stretches make it a lot easier to be mindful of maintaining good joint alignment and staying out of an overstretch

Keep focusing on your alignment, hypermobility can be tricky, and remember to engage your muscles, only then you'll build up strength to control your limbs :)
