After so many years this is actually a first workout that I do every day religiously. I just like the fact that I don’t need to be on the floor. I already added another workout and I love it. And another thing, I can still wearing my glasses when I am doing Meredith’s workouts. That’s really important for me.

Definitely felt this one in my thighs but in a good way! It's always been hard for me to understand how to do a squat without hurting my knees but seeing how far you put your hips out really helped me in making my stance a little better so that I can feel that burn in my thighs rather than just pain in my knees!

This was really nice was looking for a quickie after Chi Gong and hip strenghening - got to be very solid with the knee crunches as have had hip inpingement but OK so far.

. 6 yesterday...7 today...One full week. I noticed my Achilles tendons were tender to touch...it was the full body extension on my toes that caused that...but today all is good. I will start checking in weekly with a report😊

I'm 53. I used to do 1 hour long workouts in my 40's and younger but now i hear too long of a workout works against you. I'm trying this to see how it works for me. Usually I do 20 minutes of a moderate workout with weights. It was hard to have to cut back from 1hr. to 20 minutes but I did manage to lose weight that way. 7 minutes makes me nervous, hahaha! But I will try it!

I love standing workouts and my core has gotten so much stronger since I started using Svelte training's videos -- even my chiropractor has noticed how much stronger my core is. Great question! First of all, remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher! We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜
