Do you have any love handles workout that don't involve so much quad work? I bulk up easily in my quads and avoid most exercises that engage them so much. Thanks!
I love these quick exercises. But I’d rather have you do the second round too with additional comments instead of a repeat. Other than that, I like them.

are standing ab workouts just as effective as not standing ab workouts like on a mat? I've tried to do abb workouts on a mat but it's so hard for me and I have never been able to improve
You should do what you can without hurting yourself. Doing abs on a mat can be more effective but doing standing abs is still effective if done right :)

It is, your diet is a huge part of it! We have tons of recipes for a healthier diet on our channel!
