Like many on this stream, I have chronic health issues: Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis to name 2. I found One and Done in 2021-at first I could only make it through the warm up, One and Done and the flow down. Within a month I was adding ABTC exercises or the ones Mere offers on youtube. I have a LOT of metal (joint replacements) and can still do this program! Mere offers a lot of alternatives (If you can't do X do Y!). The program is great and IT WORKS! Thank you Mere!!

I am saving this video and going to do it each day. This #quarantine life is taking its toll on this USED to be active 51 year old menopausal grandmother and special education paraeducator.
Started this sequence on 11th November and apart from the odd day I do this first thing every morning I’m just 63 and until early 50’s when I started the menopause I always had a flat tummy. It’s so difficult now get rid off the tummy fat. I’m slim everywhere else so I try to eat healthy everyday 👍

This is a favourite! I’m working on lower belly and building muscle in the core area. Been doing yoga for over 40 years, ( I’m 61) alongside bike riding. Just started this video today. I could feel the burn in my thighs the most but I felt good after completing it. I always get bored with using equipment or struggle doing yoga. I want to lose weight and have struggled so much and have gained so much too. I hoping doing this workout everyday and see how I am after a month, I really need the help and would like to eventually love my body and show it off to the world 😊 x

I used to be 130 for a 5ft, I was told it was fine and I didn’t need to change but I still didn’t listen. After doing this and the 7 minute work out im feeling much better each day. Thank you so much! My goal is: 90 or 80

For your height 90 would be a BMI of 17.6 and 80 would be a BMI of 15.6. 130 is a BMI of 25.4. World Health Organization says healthy range is 18.5-25. What exactly is it you want to have happen here?

I noticed the take off exercise was not included when you did the workout. I just did 30 of those...that seemed to be the right amount and then repeated the whole set again! Loved this one...I really felt it doing something!!

Loved this workout, and I did them twice through but don't forget the "lift offs" for the last exercise that she shows us in the beginning when introducing each movement.

good quick workout, curtsy lunge is my favorite lunge, it doesn't seem to hurt my knee like a traditional lunge. Always looking for a quick and easy way to add some movement to my day, this one is a good one to add to my routine 💪🏾

Thankyou so much for another great workout. My tummy is my biggest problem, and a bit of flab on my arms. I'm now working through these 70 workouts one each day, and I do 2 rounds. Will that shape me up? I've also gained 5 kg, but people say I was underweight, but I like to be thin.

How are you doing? I'm new to this working out and have just started. But I have no clue on how many repetitions I should do and the times per weer I should be doing this. I'll appreciate your answer 🥰
First of all, remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher! We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜

They are firing and engaged when I work them. Wondering if my back issue has anything to do with the fact that I can't get them firm and lifted. Let's work those glutes.
