This is one of my favorite HIIT strength workout routines, and you do ONLY body weight HIIT, and its a QUICK HIIT exercise.

Anything standing! Love the whole body workouts. Because of you I feel so much better. Get up in morning have my one cup of coffee. Then find two of your workouts lately HIIT low impact are my favorite. I'm not over weight but, at 53 my skin is so loose(gross) I can see difference in my arms, and thighs. Yeah!! Thank so you!!

more rhythmic movement to lubricate our joints- incorporate some Billy Blanks type of martial arts moves- effective & empowering- and of course- a nice stress release at the end-
Whole body standing workouts and arm exercises.
Ways to do exercises that are supposed to be done on knees. I cannot at this moment get on all fours because of knots - yes knots of bone that protrude from each knee. I try to do those on the bed, but it just isn't working. I hope you get this reply and that you can help.
I love your workouts. I’m 64 and started doing these workouts in April and I love how I am feeling. I am stronger and I my clothes are fitting better. Last week I was able to get down on one knee on the playground and talk to my grandson eye to eye...and the get up without out making a fool of myself. It felt great! 🙏

I like the fact that the exercises are simple and straight forward. No turning myself into a pretzel to get results. Effective exercises; simple routines, good workout!

Yes! Me too at 66, she has great programs to keep us strong moving forward in life, results..but no craziness

Great teaching style. Awesome job! I lost four inches, in the first five days, from my waist doing these short exercises and eating lots of greens, wild caught cod for protein, and protein smoothies. I eliminated sugar except for a little fruit.

I suffer from a severe form of arthritis ( A.S) that affects a number of joints ... I love this because it's fast, effective and I can avoid the flare-ups that can follow after an exercise program. I am seeing the results and I am feeling the results. Wish I got on to this much earlier! Thank you.

I like that I can do these exercises anywhere on the farm! Especially when I'm out in the stables with my horses - they are simple and quick. One thing I was told was to be careful not to let my knee bend forward in the lunges - that the backward lunge was the best to do to avoid knee damage. I'm in my 70's and just discovering I need to do weights and these movements. You are awesome - love these videos!

I love your workouts. I’m 61 in so so shape but have always been in really good condition. I’d always had a physically active job So I never really had to exercise. Since retiring my strength has really diminished and I’ve developed that middle age spread. Omg NO. I’ve tried dozens of other workout routines but haven’t been able to stick to them, I mean I’m not 20 and neither are my knees, hips etc. I do 2-3 of your videos at a time, get a great workout and don’t feel like Ive been pulled through a keyhole for days afterward. Haven't exercised regularly in 3 years (caring fulltime for a loved one). Your brief workouts appeal to me because I simply don't have time to go to the gym or take an hour long class. I can find 8 mins to do a couple of your routines. Thank you.

Love, love these HIIT’S. I do two or three workouts depending their time length and i push to the highest level i can do, ie. step out jacks [jumping jacks], butt kicks [jog]. By the time i have finished I’m drenched. This is exactly what i thirst for,more of these short but effective workouts.

I am new to your workouts but I really like them. I am a senior and I like that you give alternatives to the moves that make the exercises possible for us older folks and the shorter routines are also good for those of us that have to slowly build up our stamina.

I love everything you do. You don't waste our time and get right to it. This one hard for me because I have bursitis in my shoulders . But thank you so much. I want to see exercises to help me flatten my abs. I've gained weight and it's all in my mid section, tummy and butt.
Do it slow, any movement will help.
I had ACL Surgery one year ago, find that your workouts don't bother my knee and still get my heart rate up! More exercises for abs, glutes and quads would be awesome! Love that they are short and I can do them at home in my jammies without equipment!

I liked this workout. I did have to modify with the arms during recovery with the MS my arms fill heavy. Also like the step back alternating legs w/ using alternating arms to do a punch. I love your work outs. I do the best I can. You are a wonderful teacher/instructor.

Really love how achievedable this is. I'm 54 know i should be doing strength training, mobility how often should I do this and does it really work. Other trainers say you cant build muscle in such a short time. Please help I really need to get started. I do like running too.
Great question!💕 First of all, remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher!💪 We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜

At the present moment menopause has been my fate but surprising your workout have made more of a difference where other workouts have left me drain and ineffective. I always get something out of your workout. Keep up the Strength training HIIT....
