We have a great ab/core workout for you in this video! This video will help you 'zip your ribcage' to make your core gain muscle and burn fat!
Also, it is even better because this is a standing workout which I know a lot of you enjoy so I hope that you can add this into your routine if you are looking for more abs/core workouts as well as standing workouts!

Today is my 16th day doing these workouts and I am loving them. I had spent almost 4 months being very inactive due to a serious knee injury but these standing workouts have got me going again and am so happy about that. I am a 73 year old life long athlete and dancer and I especially like how the short duration keeps my cortisol low and energy high without being tired. I'm really noticing my tummy is a lot smaller, arms tighter and less loose crepey skin and looking more like 53 than 73. Thank you so much for being who you are and doing what you do.

I am just starting due to medical issues but have saved so many of your emials. I just turned 70 and wonder what you eat? are you vegan, do you do intemittent fasting. I think you body is the ultimate . You are an Angel for provideing all this for free. Namaste! all my gratitude and love to you and your family
I am glad to know that you interested in my program🥳 definitely recommend that you maintain a clean and healthy diet: lean proteins, lean meats (chicken breast, turkey breast, salmon, mahi, snapper, etc), dark leafy greens, fruit as your sugar intake, unbleached grains (quinoa, brown rice, farro), healthy fats (avocado, eggs, nut butters), and eliminate added sugars, bleached starches, soda, alcohol, etc.👍 If you do intermediate fasting it’s important to make sure you are still eating all the meals and snacks listed in a day!! The meal plan is designed to provide your body with all the nutrients it needs in a day for optimal health. I recommend eating about every 3-4 hours to keep the metabolism working. Hey Kim 😀You're doing great with your weight loss! The number of workout segments you should do daily or weekly depends on your fitness level, goals, and the time you have available. If you're just starting, it's good to ease into it to prevent overtraining. 💪💪💪

Great short durations workouts, good for menopausal woman like me 👍….. stubborn belly fat not shifting at all🙄……hopefully these workouts will make some changes around my midsection🙈

Are these suppose to expand or shrink your rib cage? Just wondering. These look amazing ❤️
Hi there! 🙂 This workout is typically aimed at improving core stability and posture rather than changing the size of your rib cage. It focuses on engaging and aligning your core muscles, which can give the appearance of a more compact, stabilized ribcage, but it doesn’t physically expand or shrink it. 👍
Terrific workout! I can’t do the twisting motions after two lower back surgeries but the rest is definitely do-able. Love your channel & recipes (butter lettuce & humus wraps are my favorite).

I love these workouts, it’s been a long time since I was able to exercise due to auto immune disease, so when my pain isn’t so bad I have been doing them for a month. My only question or what should I do when bringing the legs up exercises sometimes my back feels a pull and I’m afraid my back will go out because it does occasionally. Am I doing it wrong maybe or just keep doing them because my core isn’t that strong yet? 9:33 thank you!
