Great excersise! I hv had 2 hip surgeries & find these hip openers a challenge lidtin my knees up , one leg is harder than the other. Eventually i know it will get easier.

I can't help noticing the weight rack. Meredith do you use weights as well ? I feel like there's more to your fitness routine than just these workouts. I love your videos, they are great. Am I missing something here?

You can always modify the exercises by slowing down on the movement, lowering the weight or just swapping out the exercise that’s easier on the body ! I found your work outs a few weeks ago, and i've been doing them every day except on Saturday (Sabbath). My right hip started clicking a few days ago whenever i lift my leg up, doesn't hurt but i don't think it should be doing that and then today my right knee started hurting when i did squats during this exercise. I was putting the weight on my heels but the pain stopped me from doing them properly. I'm very heavy so it's probably why. But i've been working out for a month now no pain orher than sore muscles. I'm trying to lose weight, and it's not budging. Any advice?

Meridth last Thursday I was in a horrific incident with my car my beautiful car totaled but I was saved Amy life pared by airbags in the car. I hit a stone lamp post impact of the post was severe the suffered the impact and I was saved due to multiple airbags that engulfed in their arms. I love these workouts. I still have some balance issues so the hip openers are quite a challenge but I keep trying.
