I'm 76 years old and have been working out for 50 years. Lately, my old exercises are not giving me the desired results and I've put on 8 pounds that REFUSE to go away. Thank you for the 8 minute butt workout! I'm able to complete it without any real problem and I can really feel the difference in my legs and hips after this workout. It is similar to others that I have done but "kicked up" a notch. I'm hoping this will do the trick. Thanks so much for your videos!

update on muffin top routine--it's been wonderful--I've lost 1 inch since beginning of December, and can do up my snow pants just in time for the blizzard last night, so THANK YOU. I've shared this vlog with several friends because they can see the difference; so easy to do, and effective. I"ve been doing all your workouts since lockdown, and I'm down from size 14 to size 8!! (walking 15K steps a day helps too but honestly I have to credit your series for getting me motivated and TONED. I feel so much better.)
Up and over is my favorite! Thanks to your awesome workouts and healthy fats, I burn 2,000+ calories a day and my job is pretty sedentary! Thank you Mere for showing me how to have the body I’ve always wanted without doing cardio!!! I am 49 and my body looks better than when I was in the gym in my 20’s!!! UNBELIEVABLE! I love working out everyday, your workouts are fun and quick, I share my transformation with everyone I know!

I feel light on my feet, strong, confident and beautiful👍. I'm actually amazed that my body has transformed This Much from such little effort to tell you the truth ! I had surgery on my foot last January to remove excessive bone mass from top and bottom from an earlier injury and so had to stop my 6 km every other day run that I had been doing for years . The results from my runs was more damage to my foot and also to my knee🤪... to think that I got more results from your 7 minute workouts than from all the running I did over all these years is mind-boggling! I just want to say thanks and ask to see more exercises that target your stubborn inner knee fat and those persistent saddlebags! I only wish I had started this program in my early forties as my weight loss from your program has left me with lose skin.... as long as I look toned it's not so bad so I will continue to build my muscles and hope that my skin will retreat overtime as much as it can at my age! Thanks for your ongoing dedication and motivating exercises😀👍

I hit perimenopause and have struggled like never before, and that includes post-partum 5 times where I gained 60+ lbs with each. My gym routine just stopped working. Dieting just stopped working. Everything seemed to show no results and the lbs kept piling up on my butt and thighs and core. I don't know if these routines will do the job, but I can tell you that after each one I feel the burn for a while and the ache the next morning. That tells me I am hopefully on the right track. I would love to see a booty and legs burn multi-day challenge to really push for some toning in those areas for some of us who have a hard time getting to the work out unless we are called to a schedule like a challenge!

Wow this set of exercises is the best! I just have a little trouble with the squeeze of the knees together that you mention in many of your videos. I can't manage it without my knees actually closing together somewhat

Hi there yes you are basically resisting your bodies natural reaction to pull the knees apart. By focusing on pulling your knees together you are engaging those muscles more
What can you do to cushion your knees better. The last exercise espcially hurt my knees and I had to put something under them to help. I am developing arthritis due to damage from a car accident more than 30 years ago. Thank you.
The bridge and butterfly ones lying on the ground. Omg. With those I discovered muscles I didn't even know I had. Loved it! (Inner thighs... Not there though. Hahaha)
