Banana substitutes: 1 cup mango, 1 cup pineapple, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato, 1/2 cup soaked cashews, 1/4 cup oats, or 1-2 tbsp chia seeds👍
Mango substitutes: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, flaxseed, hemp seeds, or nut butter 😊

Turmeric Tea
-Ingredients:
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Turmeric
Pinch of Black Pepper
2-3 Thumbnail size of peeled and cut Ginger (1/2-1 tbsp ground)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
-Instructions:
Mix ingredients in a medium pot and let it come to a boil,
Stir it and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pull out the pieces of ginger, top with cinnamon, and enjoy

I listen to your advice about using cinnamon to boost your metabolism so I took 8 oz of low fat milk heated it and added approxi 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon , 1/2 tsp. Mung bean sugar and blended it all. It was delicious! Please advise if this is o.k. For fat burning.

I will have to do experiments. My husband bought me a green melon, the other day. What I’m going to do is Green melon, with one banana, and apple juice in place of green tea. I don’t have to put the bone broth in there or drink that by itself like I always do with a pinch of ginger. I have been eating a pinch of ginger. I put it in my drinks for breakfast and lunch and I don’t get sick. Thank you for saying that ginger will not affect you which it doesn’t. It doesn’t bother me. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Ginger dehydrates me…. Turmeric also. 🤷🏻♀️. Never have been able to find out why. Really don’t like avocado, but will still try. Anything else besides ginger I can replace with? Thx.

Hi Meredith 🎉❤! I love your videos and information and the love you give to all of us! Thank you! My husband complains that I've gained weight since we've been married but HE does ALL of the cooking! HE does ALL of the grocery shopping! I hit menopause early at 45, unfortunately. He thinks I just need to without more on his awful elliptical and just cut my food intake. We have a 33 day cruise coming up and he wants me to look good. I have mentioned arranged diet plans but he won't pay for them. He says he's the only trainer I need. He has a Very high metabolism and Still, thinks he's fat! He doesn't understand your hormones/ biology/metabolism concept! He thinks I'm just making excuses for why my weight has gone up!!! I don't have money to buy everything on your meal plans so I was wondering what the cheapest way is that I can lose weight fast and to keep it off? Thank you for you help!❤

First things first you want to make sure that you’re in a caloric deficit, meaning that you are burning more calories out than you are putting in. The best way to find this is by filling out your information in this link www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html and it will give you the number of calories you'll need to eat to lose 1-2lbs per week. If you want to speed up the process, that’s where your diet comes into play. Fixing your eating habits and having cleaner and less processed food.
