Have you tried crumbling your tempeh? My fave way to eat it is to crumble and fry up with some garlic, ginger and scallions and then add peanut sauce. Since tempeh is a bit nutty/earthy it goes well. I usually add bell peppers, carrots, or whatever veggies and eat in lettuce cups or over rice. Adding cilantro and/or Thai basil is magical too.

I am really overwhelmed this week and I wanted you to know how comforted I felt by taking my small self care time to eat a vegan burrito and unwind with you :) appreciate u homie!!! also i am fucking obsessed with the walmart vegan ramen and recently have discovered it in eureka, CA lol. such a W for walmart
The Ramen Express isn’t accidentally vegan - it is intentional! Look at the packet - it is certified vegetarian and certified vegan. I buy it all the time because my favorite way to eat tofu is in ramen. 😊
I followed your tip of making a random sheet pan of roasted veggies and used up some Jamaican jerk marinade to them. So tasty and now I have lots of ready to eat veggies

Dude idk why my life has seemed to be in hyper speed lately but I used to love making iced coffee but now i get wired from my morning coffee and by the time it’s worn off it’s too late in the day for more … :( I know that’s silly cause it sounds better for you but NO I love the routine of having a yummy iced coffee during the day

I like to add onion soup mix and siracha to the unsweetened coconut yogurt and have it with potato chips 😊 I think it’s a good dip base!

I boil my tempeh for 10 minutes (before baking or frying), it cuts the bitterness IMO 😊

Try adding hummus to your ramen. I think it makes it more creamy, rich, and slightlyyy nutty. Very yum.
