That Bezel at the bottom of the screen slides to the right to remove. Much easier than prying the screen back to slip the connectors out. Hope that helps. Thanks for the Video

I went online to look for a repair shop and the cheapest price was about 180 dollars. I ordered a new screen online and watched your tutorial, I saved about a 100 dollars. You just got a new subscriber.
you must move the cover of the hinges to the right to unlock it and then it comes out completely, without marks. I was half an hour trying to get it out until I found the solution. I suscribe. Best luck
I will just say that I watched this video and others prior to changing out my front cover. This was on an ASUS 505ZA. I ruined the laptop. The design of this laptop includes the cable attached to the screen via a piece of tape. To release the monitor, the tape must be lifted. The end. The tape is part of a grounding strip that cannot be separated. As I look at things now, I would not have separated the monitor cable but instead just unscrewed the monitor from the front cover. That still means the other end of the monitor cable attached to the front cover would need to be pulled free so that it can be reattached to the new front cover. This end is also held in place by a piece of tape as well as certain parts of the screen cable. In attempting to free up the screen from the front cover, I was dealing with a high-risk situation that was not portrayed in any of the videos. I would advise anyone messing with a laptop that won't break your warranty by opening the case, unless you are replacing a hard drive or other relatively low-risk issue, I'd walk away from trying to repair ASUS laptops.

I don't really fancy doing myself I can just see myself makin a mistake lol, if I buy my own new screen and take to a shop will they charge me a lot? Also would a monitor or HDMI to tele give me my normal Screen or will it duplicate the coloured lines I see now? Broke one clip on each side and the two clips on the bottom when plied front cover off. Other than that, no complain! Easy job!
