Mini Elliptical Stepper Workout is a fun high energy low impact fat burning cardio fitness done on a mini stepper for 27 minutes. The exercise consist of an up and down motion on the stepper with intervals of arms movements to help increase your heart rate. This exercise workout will strengthen your legs, enhance your cardio vascular system, burn fat and help you lose weight. It will boost your confidence and over come your fear of falling. You will have so much fun that you will forget that you are exercising.

Thanks so much. I got it on Amazon. You can get one with handles. I didn't get the one with the handles because pulling the handles back in forth mess with my lower back injury. But over time you will obtain good balance.

I have the mini elliptical stepper with the resistance bands. I just have to find the equipment. Thanks for the video.
I have the bands but don't use them with the stepper because they add to much stress to a lower back injury I have.

Are a mini stepper really help losing weight?
Good Question. I like it for making my legs stronger. However, it will take more than just the stepper to lose weight. Eating healthy, strength training and rest will complete the job.
