right now when all this is happening about the CoronaVirus is when we need to focus on practices like this, to feel more balanced, stable and calm. The world needs to reset itself, and start over again with more wholesome practices that allow us to live a life of joy not stress and confusion. I have been practicing yoga since I was a young girl,(9 years old) and told to "Stay limber!" by my Orthopedic Physical Therapist, because of my Curvature of the Spine and other musculo-skeletal deformities. My current husband,(an expert in all the Oriental Martial Arts and Killing/Healing Pressure Points) and I found a Qigong video several years ago and practiced that. We are 69 and 70, respectively, and suffer much crippling pain; So I'm interested in and thankful for your video.
I teach high school anatomy and weight lifting, I just learn qigong, meditation, Energy Medicine for myself! Hopefully I can pass some along :)! Keep them coming!!!

Marissa, I have had Shiatsu every 3 weeks for 7 years and found you whilst looking for an alternative after the practice shut due to Covid-19. I found you, and have practiced Yoqi every day during lockdown and intend to carry on. I cannot tell you how your videos have helped ground me physically and mentally during this time. My body is stronger, my energy is better and my posture is much improved too (so my physiotherapist son tells me!) and I actually look forward to my Yoqi session every day. I mix it up and have tried them all and particularly love the resource ‘Yoqi for in love’ ... it’s beautiful❤️Am currently trying to perfect ‘swimming dragon’. I have COPD and so a lot of exercises are just not suitable for me and I battle the urge to be inactive. These Qigong exercises have been wonderful. They encourage me to move and gain balance and energy without leaving me gasping for breath. Thank you so much for these.

Chianti li is in u tube. He is a healer. Listen to the lady that was to get two lung transplants but when she did the qigong for several months?? She was healed. As a matter of fact, the Mayo Clinic hired chunkier to teach this practice after her healing. Spring forest qigong is his company! Good luck and get healed!!

This reminds me of so much I learnt been studying this for many years. However Qi gong like this pulls the energy on to the exterior of the body primarily, so sitting in mediation or just sitting quietly watching the breath or even in prayer for five to twenty minutes after will increase the amount of Qi one absorbs and aid recovery if one is out of balance.
Absolutely loved this - I can find 17 minutes in my morning routine and commit to doing this - felt totally refreshed and energized by this. Thank you for sharing.

This is the quickest, easiest little energy return for energy expenditure I've ever tried. It's a little yoga, Qigong, magick, Reiki, Mel Robbins, acupuncture, CBT, and I'm sure I've left out many sources, all rolled into one and doable in 17? minutes, and looks to me as if you could stop anywhere you'd done both sides? I love it. I'll do the whole thing later - ran out of space - and pass it on to a Millennial who can't get through the Five Tibetans. P.S. Thank you. I subscribed.
This is an incredible teacher! I’ve been doing QiGong for about a week now (for the first time) and for the first time I feel my back muscles (where I carry my stress) release. It’s like I have had a deep massage. They are actually sore. And I drink tea after and a lot of water. I know I’m detoxing. This is incredible!
Wowwwwww wow wow wow wowww. I was feeling neutral before the practice and within 30 seconds I was crying. It moved my energy so quickly and I felt emotional waves come through multiple times throughout. Now I feel clear, balanced and protected. Thank you I want to do this every day

Thanks for acknowledging Donna Eden here, Cathy Wooten! I recognized her work also. Although this routine is much more gentle than the qigong I've been doing for the last 10 years, it is indeed lovely and a calm practice for when you just want energy to flow

This reminds me of so much I learnt been studying this for many years. However Qi gong like this pulls the energy on to the exterior of the body primarily, so sitting in mediation or just sitting quietly watching the breath or even in prayer for five to twenty minutes after will increase the amount of Qi one absorbs and aid recovery if one is out of balance.
Absolutely loved this - I can find 17 minutes in my morning routine and commit to doing this - felt totally refreshed and energized by this. Thank you for sharing.

This is the quickest, easiest little energy return for energy expenditure I've ever tried. It's a little yoga, Qigong, magick, Reiki, Mel Robbins, acupuncture, CBT, and I'm sure I've left out many sources, all rolled into one and doable in 17? minutes, and looks to me as if you could stop anywhere you'd done both sides? I love it. I'll do the whole thing later - ran out of space - and pass it on to a Millennial who can't get through the Five Tibetans. P.S. Thank you. I subscribed.
This is an incredible teacher! I’ve been doing QiGong for about a week now (for the first time) and for the first time I feel my back muscles (where I carry my stress) release. It’s like I have had a deep massage. They are actually sore. And I drink tea after and a lot of water. I know I’m detoxing. This is incredible!

Wowwwwww wow wow wow wowww. I was feeling neutral before the practice and within 30 seconds I was crying. It moved my energy so quickly and I felt emotional waves come through multiple times throughout. Now I feel clear, balanced and protected. Thank you I want to do this every day
