@@Babygirl11112 Hey, no apologies needed! I would try and increase your fibre intake to see if that helps with your bowel movements. I also have IBS-C and have recently been prescribed laxatives and advised to increase my fibre intake.
I have occasional IBS that tends to flair up during times of stress, and I've figured out what my triggers are. I'm lactose intolerant, so I definitely try to avoid dairy. I'm also sensitive to laxatives, and avoiding them is not as simple as not taking any laxative medications that you would buy from a drugstore. You'd be surprised at how many spices, herbs and foods are considered natural laxatives. Turmeric is a major trigger for me, which is very annoying considering how popular it is right now as a natural food dye. Anise, fennel, parsley, flax seeds and chia seeds can also give me problems. I've learned to carefully read the ingredient list on all food labels, which usually helps me to avoid my triggers, but not always. Sometimes an ingredient list will simply say spices without specifying exactly which spices. In which case I have a choice of making a guess based on the flavor profile and coloring of the food in question, and taking a chance, or deciding it's not worth the risk, and putting it back on the shelf.
My triggers are tomatoes, eggs, and some medicine. I lost my ability to get an appetite at 15 when I first got severely sick throwing up everyday for months and I sadly have to smoke to eat and just relax my stomach from/after throwing up. I honestly keep gaining trigger foods like recently I started developing stomach issues after tomatoes so I’m convinced the list will continue 😂😭

My IBS is only triggered when I get stressed
I just got ibs and it hurts on diarrhoea
Sufferers were cured when they switched to a carnivore diet. You don't want to eat any plants except a few nuts, just healthy meats, fat, fish and eggs (or yolks only).
I have ibs-c with huge amounts of gases 😢 someone tells me what i should do my main complain is gases not D or C and l ruled out other diseases by my doctor
This information might be helpful for you. badgut.org/information-centre/a-z-digestive-topics/intestinal-gas/
Lanzoprazole has given me relief for a month as my stomach was producing too much acid, due to increased stress. Yoga, regular exercise & avoiding too much gluten is good. Drink plenty of water & small meals. It does settle.

There’s a reason why the character in this video doesn’t have a visible face, it’s because they would be so fucking pissed off and trying to keep it together 3:14

I been shitting water for 20 years now lol
No fried food
Thanks
I’m here because I only ate bread as a staple today…
I've had it 4yrs
IVE HAD IT 40 YEARS
Did it went over by itself ?
I thought I had IBS C, not sure now. Having investigations done next week inside my stomach to see what’s going on
Had an upper endoscopy, gastritis and a small amount of barrets oesophagas, no reason for it other than my own theory that I was drinking way too much coffee and energy drinks. Been about 5 weeks now, feel a lot better, weaning off ppis and taking probiotics and better diet. believe I now have SIFO, getting anti fungals today
@@beeroney8513 does you daily suffer with abdominal pain during period of IBS?
You can eat whatever you want if you have ibs.... It all depends on how severe your ibs is
For me mine is 99% constipation followed by a little release in morning and that's all i van eat more or less whstever i want
How do you relieve the constipation? I eat whatever I want and still constipated. I don't want to use laxatives all the time, it's not good. Thanks. Stay safe.
My diet at the moment
Kiwis
Walnuts
Flaxseed
Oats
W rice
Chicken
Tuna
Clrmentines
Kale
Potatoes
Carrots
Rice crackers
Dark chocolate
Gluten free bagels
I now poo once or twice a day mostly solid
Fibre is key soluble and insoluble
@@coolbeans4399 Thank you for the great list. I've taken a screenshot. I know white rice is better than brown for us, love dark chocolate. Stay safe 👍🏼

you have to desensitize your nervous system. these doctors not helping u cs even they don’t know bout this. it’s all in your nerves. once you work on your nervous system, you will go back to living
@@nocomment2725 how would I do that ?
It is important to note that everyone is very individual and a diet that works for one person may not work for another.
So, in summary, there is no such thing as any food that is good to eat.
I had to get all the covid vaccines to work. I was healthy. Pretty much everyone I know now has chronic AUTO IMMUNE DISEASES. NOT JOKING.
I will pray for you 🙏❤. I will take death before I take the snake bite!
Funny. Everyone I know got the vaccine and their cancer, chronic illnesses and sicknesses were cured !
IBS is not an autoimmune disease.
@@SewWhittle Though doctors generally don't think IBS is an autoimmune disease, research suggests that the connection between IBS and the immune system may be more complex.
Guess what? It’s not the vaccines; it the insulin resistance that was already in place. It’s estimated that 93% of American adults are metabolically unhealthy, and dealing with chronic disease (autoimmune, IBD, heart disease, cancer, HBP, alzheimers, obesity, type 2, etc) because of that.
