    So sad to read the mean comments. Her beauty reflects her health and I would bet that she has a kind heart. Perhaps it make you feel good to be unkind. What a sad life you must have. Try to be kind - you will be rewarded in the end. For the video: Great video and the smiles are uplifting and inspiring.

    Thanks Kristina. I love to try different salad dressings on my exotic salads. Been a vegan for 35 years and people think I look 35. Very funny. You really see the value of this diet once you hit your late 40's and 50's. That's when you recoup the real benefits of great health and youthful skin. So happy I made this choice years ago. Keep up the great work in sharing your wonderful recipes. Very much appreciated!

    I like to make one similar to your cucumber green dressing, but I add soaked cashews for a creamy taste. Then I add nutritional yeast, salt, chives, pepper, tiny bit of maple syrup, and herbs to make a vegan "ranch" dressing. People can't believe it's vegan!!!

      Demitri Sargent that’s exactly it! People on dead food have dead personalities and can’t imagine true vibrant raw energy and enthusiasm. It’s strange that people criticize her for happiness and enthusiasm yet don’t see the ugliness that they show by criticizing such a happy and healthy young lady. So twisted

      Helennah Mrs. Hi! May you tell me the exact amount of ingredient u used in wheight/number of fruits?I wasn't satisfied with mine...I think I screwed it up a little because of ''the cup'' dose??? how much actually is ''a cup''?

    • @HelennaRainhaDeTroia
      @HelennaRainhaDeTroia 7 лет назад +1

      Hi Fancytub! I don't remember exacly but I usually use 1 big mango or 2 medium-size mangoes (really ripe and with amazing scent). I only put about 5 medjool dates. I haven't used much rosemary because the quality in the supermarket is not the best and I've found out that too much of that supermarket herb ruins the sauce. I don't know if I put anything else .... If I were doing it right now I would had a bit of lime and tangerine juice eheheheheh

      Catherine Langer Because they are raw, I'd say go by the ingredient with the soonest expiration date (or how long they normally last). I would add a week to anything very acidic though.The blend containing it would be harsh to bacteria and fight it longer.

    • @ThornSleeping
      @ThornSleeping 8 лет назад +2

      venushalley that's true but there are many varieties of salad dressing. All salad dressing isn't just a oil and seasonings. Most salad dressings that are oil and or vinegar are a Mediterranean style. Most western people are use to the Mediterranean style dressing that's popular in stores because it has a long shelf life

    I usually use olive oil and sprinkle turmeric, pepper, and whatever other spices I am feeling over my salads, but these dressings look amazing!

    I love fully raw dressings because you can use AS MUCH AS YOU PLEASE! Even most vegan dressings are packed with too much oil and defeat the purpose of eating a salad. Yummm thanks so much

    I tried the cucumber dill dressing. Sorry but I didn't like it. It's not creamy. It's kinda gritty. I want to try the zoodles but ..... I'm afraid. Has anyone tried making this yet?

    • @taniat.4841
      @taniat.4841 9 лет назад +1

      perhaps with some kind of fat in it (i.e avocado, hemp seeds, etc..) you might just appreciate way more.

      the zoodles are great, given you like fresh tasting vegs

      I don't know the definition of 'creamy' but maybe you can blend it for a bit longer? I'm not sure....

    Fat enhances your body's absorption of nutrients when eaten with vegetables and fruits. I like to add extra virgin olive oil to my salad dressings.

      Kevin Love nuts, seeds, avocados are unprocessed natural sources of fat. No need to add oil too.
