    Yum! Don't forget to add a sprinkle of black pepper which increases absorption of tumeric by 2000%!

      With raw turmeric the pepper is actually not needed 🧡

      @@LiveLifeLori That's what I've read. For the turmeric spice black pepper is needed for optimal curcumin absorption, but not if it's the fresh raw turmeric root.

      Vitamix she has is food processor plus blender . Nama c2 is juicer plus blender . Food processor is very useful for raw food prep

      Yes I feel if she incorporated mustard seeds and red wine vinegar we would've gotten actual dijon. Outside of the color it's not dijon. Still looks good though.

      I wouldn’t put straight mustard seeds in .. use prepared mustard . Mustard seeds are very hot

    Hahaha! 2-3 cloves garlic is SO much more spicy to me than jalapeño which is a walk in the park compared to ghost pepper, king of the north pepper, reaper, heirloom ripe cayenne. I LOVE HOT PEPS! 😂🌶

    Wow. If you can actually eat that salad raw, I commend you. I have to have high sodium and heavy calories in the day. Raw is best for health, but tough to do.

    This looks like the best salad in the world.
    I would have to modify given certain sensitivities I have, but I will use this video as inspiration for flavor combos to amp up my raw food game in the future since I do currently include cooked beans/legumes 🙏🏼💜

      I love many green leafs, I prefer & eat spinach regularly.. I imagine eating tons of Kale is fantastic with the list of minerals kale contains, I'm definitely incorporating more kale in my diet. And even better Kristina inspired me to take a plunge in growing my own leafy greens...🥬
