@@FullyRawKristina This was so informative. We often get the idea that we will lack protein if vegan or raw.Thank you, you are generous and giving beautiful.
Thank you. Everything is so beautiful and rich looking. You have inspired me to incorporate not only more veggies and fruit in my diet but different kinds of fruits and veggies. I can only hope i can look as beautiful and healthy as you look.
Your video is so interesting and you sound so energetic and look so petty that I end up watching the whole video for the first time cause I never watch any type of video to the end till now 😂😂and end up buying a Nama juicer 😂😂😂 thank you keep the good work!!! ❤
Love your videos Kristina! Will fully raw predominantly fruits reverse diabetes? I want to follow your simple starter foods - a large mono fruit meal, smoothies, juice, salads and zoodles.
Dear Kristina, thank you for this beautiful and amazingly great informative video ... really appreciate these detaillled plant based protein infos ... a PDF would be awesome ! Your great !! Thank you and enjoy a marvelous day, love
As I watch this, I am eating my large salad with your sweet turmeric Dijon dressing from your app. Wow, the delicious flavor burst with each mouthful is amazing!
I've been eating a lot of organic grains lately, about 350g a day I think. In the forms of raw white buckwheat groats (Les Moissonneries du Pays), and whole wheat durum pasta (Felicetti). I soak the pasta in spring water for an hour or two and it becomes soft. I've been enjoying both as is!
Raw unsprouted grains are harmful to your GI tract. If you intend to go fully raw then sprout the grains and consuming the green spouts. If you are going partially raw then it’s ok to cook the grains. Unsprouted grains should not make up a large part of our diet. You can also consume cooked legumes and add them to your salad or use as soup and stews.
I feel like when people just eat more raw foods, they heal their stomach. I have gastritis as well. When I ate potatoes, my stomach healed a lot. Not raw, but just saying.
Luckily every SINGLE piece of fruit, vegetable, nuts, seeds, grains, greens and beans ALL HAVE PROTEIN. So if you eat enough whole food plant based calories - you'll get enough protein. People should be more worried about fiber than their protein intake.
I've been taking in some content from a certain other woman who "loves bananas" we'll say lol. I have to say this is such a more beautiful, soft, and welcoming environment. Thank you for all you do in this community Kristina 💚
I am fully vegetarian. There are a lot of things though that I don't eat. I don't do regular milk, the only milk product that I eat is cheese. And that's only if the recipe calls for cheese. I tried to get some beet juice one day and it was the nastiest stuff I have ever had in my life. I never have liked beats. So do you think beet powder that you can get in the store can work just as good as eating a beat?
Thank god I needed this btw I’m fasting even tho I’m underweight I need more protein ima try the raw vegan diet challenge after I detox for 1-3 days 🌱 I want to build bigger glutes and abs I follow Lilly Sabri and love her workouts she’s a vegan as well

Fruit has protein too! All plants have protein, it’s one of my main messages in this video. 🙏🏽 So as long as you’re enjoying a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, in the proper amount and proportions, your body will most likely be getting enough.
Think about the effort it would take one person to shell enough seeds to make as much as people add to their recipes. Unreal. And seeds contain lectins, oxalates, and phytic acid which cause inflammation and malabsorption of vitamins. Really healthy!
I’m not telling people to go eat a cup of seeds here. I’m showing you how much is in a cup. Even if you put 1 tablespoon in a salad dressing, there’s still protein in there-combined with all of the other fruits/veggies in a salad or recipe there’s ample protein for one’s body. That’s what I was hoping people would take away from this. It’s education. 🙏🏽

Cows and horses are herbivores and they have lots of muscle 💪
There is protein in plants, and in more than people realize. 🙃
They also have a different digestive system that can convert that roughage into usable nutrients 😆
We are not cows and horses 🤦♂️ If you eat bananas all day you will not look like a silverback gorilla
I get it, planted in the same soil, different seeds produce different outputs, so then what should humans eat?
@@robertmorgan2219 humans are omnivores who became smart enough to figure out how to get more calories in by cooking things so we could spend less time foraging and farting all day long and more time inventing and doing meaningful things.
Yay mushroom protein yesssssss
Where do I find those same type of herbs and plant foods besides the sunwarrior ?
I get mine from farmers markets, grocery stores, or grow them myself 🙏🏽
That CChipotle salad is whispering my name really seductively 😍
Me watching this while eating a cookie 😂😅
Kristina, what flax and chia?
You’re right I didn’t even mention those!
without cooked tofu, lentils, beans, peas it's much more harder to get protein, why avoid them?
Ps. Not raw beans obviously 😊
what about calcium and 0xalate?
When you’re only eating raw foods, these two things do not tend to be as problematic.
WowL5 very nice delicious yummy yummy god bless you my friend and tasty recipe full watch 👍 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

What foods have collagen?
Only animal based foods do.
Fruits and berries and greens and veggies and nuts and seeds and legumes

What about complete proteins? Do we need to eat certain plant foods at the same time to make a complete protein? How does that work?
No. This is an old myth. Eat a variety of foods and you will get the amino acids you need. You don’t have to eat them all at the same time.
How do I join the protein challenge? I'm not seeing the link
