I appreciate you Kristina 🙏🏾 Your whole being and channel is an inspiration to enjoy more energizing and full of life fruits and veggies 🌞 sending infinite pure love and joy your way 🌱
I was looking for dressing recipes to include in my after-school class which I volunteer for every Thursday as part of Project Succeed. I found you and can't wait to use these recipes for the elementary school children who take the class. I might add dates for another verion! Tons of options. Love this.
Omg I used to have the store kraft sauces you buy but since eating healthier they taste bad and not good at all. So I started using basil, olive oil and lemon but it has felt kinda bland and too oily. Can't wait to try this thank you for this!! Yayy 😃🥗
Thanks for sharing. You did a great job w the video. I've had a bottle of tahini in my pantry for what seems like forever. Now I have a good way to use it and a good recipe for making various types of salad dressings. Thanks!
@@purestqi It's her channel and she can do whatever she chooses. Thank you Kristina, as I had other obligations, yours was timely and I was able to fulfill my other duties! Waiting for the big announcement. Think I know what it is!!
Luci Ryan ....I never said she couldn’t do what she wanted. “The Tasty Vegan” said who loves ALL these sauces, I simply stated that she only made one sauce...wasn’t complaining about her.
My wife makes an awesome cashew, tofu dressing with turmeric. Creamy, flavorful, awesome. Love the raw dressings. We stopped buying bottled stuff and when ingredients are low, just lime or lemon with olive oil and a pinch of sea or Himalayan salt is a simple great dressing.
You def mastered it Kristina !! Thank u so much ! I apologize in behalf of the previous mean comments. I applaud you for being so brave and strong. May all your wishes come true ❤️ my husband and I love u very much
If you're eating raw then I assume you're not eating potatoes/beans/lentils/oats/rice...etc. You're going to be missing nutrients and calories if you don't eat your healthy carbs. And if you avoid things like chia/flax seeds and nuts and seeds, you're setting yourself up for failure and deficiencies.
Oh my gosh you have amaizing ideas. I love to add cayenne to a dressing, lime, avocado, peppers and I am going to try sweet basil too. You add a smile to my day with these healthy interesting raw foods. I love
This is most helpful video among my search for making salad dressing as a newbie. Now I learn the useful principles behind, and application becomes much easier with understanding.
Just seen this and love it! What’s funny is I make my smoothies a very similar way with like ingredients. I’ll check out your other recipes and start making these salad dressings now that I learned something new.
Ty so much for this! I need to get some basics down first and this is only my first day as fully raw. Ty so much. Dont mind the trolls and haters. Continue your work. You're a whole vibe lol :)
Just found your channel so going to go back and watch vids to find your dressings cause this is what is a must for me to eat all raw vegan which I am just starting to get rid of inflammation in the body! Also any soups I can make hot to have what I'd call comfort foods!
Kristina- Thank you for sharing this nice looking dressing. This weekend will try to make it. You are so Beautiful.. very inspiring to watch... Stay Safe!!!
Alternative to lemon juice is apple cider vinegar. Lemon juice is better, but sometimes ACV is all you have at hand. Also, sumac is natural herb with this vinegar taste to it.
I always learn something and get motivated to create something. I mean really creative and I end up surprising myself. Thanks for your passion and care, it shows always be in it videos and through ur tone.
