This problem may happen when you try to fix windows 10 and windows 11 boot loop with blue screen error message: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE. And/or with error code: 0xc0000225. Especially if you have an EFI or UEFI SSD disk format or when replacing HDD by SSD Disk drive.

This command is used to fix blue screen boot problems in windows 7, windows 8 or Windows 10 with this error message:
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then will restart for you. (100%)
Error message: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.
Or BSOD with THIS error message: "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired"

First method:
Type this command to fix “the access is denied”:
bootsect/nt60
Execute this command to fix windows boot issue:
bootrec /fixboot
Second method:
Especially for UEFI-based computers:
boot windows from installation media such as DVD or USB:
Select: Repair your computer = troubleshoot = Command Prompt:
Open desk manager:
Diskpart
Show available disks:
List disk.
Select boot drive:
Sel disk 0
Show available partitions:
List vol
Select the EFI Partition:
Sel vol 4
Assign the V letter to The EFI partition:
assign letter=V:
Open v partition:
Exit
V:
Format the EFI partition:
format V: /FS:FAT32
in windows 10 1709 and older:
MD \EFI\Microsoft\Boot
cd /d V:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\
bootrec /FixBoot

You literally saved my job by showing me this fix.
The MBR2GPT.exe did not worked and broked the HDD and it was showing as Invalid Drive because Dell has the most cancerous proprietary hardware.
Doing a clone and manually rebuilding the boot partition with your Method 2 fixed the problem.
Also, I can confirm that using your method also allow you to copy only the "Windows" partition into an other working Windows 10 on an other drive. Doing so, makes all the partitions with a good size and using the backup copy of the faulty OS into the new drive and made it possible by doing your Method 2 afterward.

@@logiknotlogic6586 UNLESS YOU DON'T SELECT "FORMAT" OPTION, you will lose all Installed applications, but your files in C: partition will be stored in folder called "Old windows" and will file that folder inside C: partition.
If you have other disks or partitions like D, E or whatever, no file will be lost from those partitions unless you do a Format for them during Installation.
@@logiknotlogic6586 If you need to keep all your files and installed applications and you have an access to your desktop, open the USB, ISO file or DVD of windows Installation and select upgrade option instead of fresh installation, but this option will not works if you boot from a USB or another Installation media.

You have to login into desktop in order to create an account.
This error occurs only in some windows versions and can't be fixed, unless you boot the PC from a windows installation media like DVD or USB.

@@ValiumMediaTech fixboot error is fixed but still when i start my laptop it loads with a atomatic repair load screen and later shows that windows unable to fix the error, the same error which is mentioned in the comment. And now i think the only option left is to purchase another windows from market.

What is the error code of your blue screen error ? Type the code or take a screenshot using your mobile for the blue screen then upload the photo to this website paste.pics/ then add the sharable link of the photo in a new comment.

Select disk 0 and make sure that your windows and boot partition are on it.
Legend! This is the only procedure I've seen to work. In my case first method did the magic with the "bootsect/nt60 sys" extra command. I've checking dozens of procedures, manuals, etc. Nothing worked.
The boot was corrupted after a Windows Update (or maybe manufacturer Update), updates done automatically by windows without my request. We know win10/11 love to auto update without user requesting it and messing the system in the process...

Greetings, so in my case, I'm stuck in Auto Repair Mode which eventually boots into the Blue Screen with the fix-it options. I am unable to initiate any processes like Command Prompt & all others in the loop.
Reason, each process I try to engage up pops the Password Box, I input right Password every time, this error message: This is not the correct password, huh? IT IS THE CORRECT PASSWORD. Because of this, I first changed password ending with the same error message.
Then I tried NO Password with no success still ending up error message. I need all directives to begone CAUSING the Password Error Syndrome within the stuck Blue Screen Options Mode which limits my fixit abilities, especially with Cmd Prompt. BSOD cannot not be fixed proper. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! HELP!! HELP!!!

Change CMD path to the BCD directory and then try again.
For example, if your BCD file is n this folder: V:\BOOT\BCD , so, execute the following command to to change the path to that folder:

To know which letter assigned for System:
- Type notepad.exe into command prompt and hit Enter.
- Open the computer and see to which volume does the windows installed on, Usually it take the letter C:\ and will contain these folders (Windows, Program files, Users, ....)
- Close the nptepad and replace the C:\ in the following command by the correct letter in your case:
bcdboot C:\windows /s V: /f UEFI
- If failed again, Execute the following letter instead of previous one:
bcdboot C:\windows /s V: /f All

That is not an error. It's because you are booting without Windows installation media like DVD or USB.

The bootsect command just update the codes on your partitions that are already available.
The new error is not related to bootsect command, but related to a missed system drivers or maybe you have a hardware corruption in RAM or in your storage.
My problem is it still continue to show blue screen like advance option and I already follow ur instruction but nothing happened
What is your blue screen error message and error code?
