I added the 28 degree M 4 hybrid to the bag today. This completes my set of hybrids. Like this review. Well done. I just came back from trying it at the golf course. I am blown away. It's amazing. Had no idea they were this good. Really glad I gave it a chance. I had a nice golf pride grip added to it. I do like the way that club sits in back of the ball. When the ball hit the greens today I noticed the ball spinning and moving backwards some to hold green extremely well. You are right on this one. Serious quality hybrid by Taylormade. Great call Andy!!!!!
I have just purchased and used the m4 22 degree stiff shaft. Works great , hit it 225 on a off center shot and 250 on a pure shot. I will be using this a lot now on short par 4s and 2 shot in for par 5 . Thinking of getting the m4 3 now which is 19 degree
Another great review. I’ve never been a massive TM fan but I’m massively impressed by the M4 range. In particular the feel and the new silver colour scheme really appeals to my eye. I’ve got the driver, 3&5 wood and a 4 hybrid on order to replace my 917 range!
Andy any chance when you do more reviews you can show the flight like you used to do i prefure seeing it if possible.
I have a bit of an issue, the Trackman data is far more reliable that Skytrak but visuals not as good, hope to find a solution soon

Have the m4 hybrids and fairways moved on much from the 2017 m2?
Cornwall1888 the main diff for me is sound/feel and personally the looks but hard to notice performance differences
Do the hybrids and woods have twistface or is that just the driver
Just the driver, which is why I think if you really want a TaylorMade wood or hybrid, just go with the M1 or M2, performance wise pretty much the same club, just different sound/feel and aesthetics and significantly cheaper than the newer models obviously

Good review Andy, looks a easy club to hit but strange it’s competing against its own brand in the Epic, I can sort of understand the driver being better on dispersion than the Epic so bringing the M3M4 I can sort of understand but in a hybrid I’m not sure people will change from the Epic like yourself. #tagers
